Great video! What do you do with the chicken schmalz? Fry your chicken in it?

I mostly use it for making pan frying meats and veggies. I have used it in pizza dough as the fat component when in a pinch.

What do you use your canned pork for

Mostly we add mayo or bbq sauce and use it as a sandwich filling, it has a similar texture to flakes of ham but with a much lower salt content. I also add it to salads to up the protein.
