Georgia Traverse in Reverse | Part 1 of 2

Join me and my buddy Triston as we take on one of the southeast's most popular overlanding routes: The Georgia Traverse. This route will take you through some of Georgia's most scenic views including the Cohutta Wilderness, Big Frog Loop, Chattahoochee Oconee National Forest, Tray Mountain, and much more! This route is approximately 390 miles long, taking you from GA/SC border to GA/AL border. It was designed to be completed East to West, but can be completed West to East, per recommendation of others, and as seen in this video.

Thanks for sharing. Definitely east of 75 is the best part. I haven’t done the Big Frog Loop, but enjoy the parts of NE GA that I have seen. Can’t wait to get back up there.
