A stupid question but what does pouring boiing water on your baits achieve?

Rs allows the bait to break down faster meaning it's easier for the fish to digest meaning they can eat more of you bait without being full up, it releases the flavours ect faster

If you use a good quality soft bait it’s really not necessary. Live system and baitworks creamino plenty soft enough. Sometimes too soft (for sticking)
