  • BIG HIT WITH PVA MESH / STICKS!
ESP lensman Jack Reid revisits a tactic he utilised a lot in previous years - PVA Sticks and Mesh. From using a basic inline setup on smaller lakes, to fishing at range with lead clips for big carp, this approach places a perfect patch of bait around your hook bait. Plenty of lovely mirrors in this one!
    -----
    OUR PVA
ESP has manufactured PVA Mesh in its own factories for many years. Using the highest quality Japanese PVA yarn, we then knit our own pattern which is ladder free, strong, and leaves little to no chemical taint unlike many on the market.
Refills and PVA systems now sold as 8m instead of 6m :)

I use nothing but the ESP PVA solid bags, multi is my favourite size. No other brand compares. They break down with zero residue in freezing conditions

Great video - I’ve been using these a few year now and done really well - also means I don’t have spend lots of bait - not cheap for a 14 yr old even when I steal dads lol - 👍

Lovely video, what mini pellet mix are you using here. Also for threading back down hooklink, I use a chodit tool or drill bit to bore out a hole means it slides over putty and kickers with ease 👊

Baitworks Edge pellets in this case 👍🏻

By setting them 12ft apart, you can record distances. So if a good area I 18 rod lengths, you can clip it in your clip on the reel, then find out on the sticks. Next time you get a fish you can measure it out before casting again.

I wonder how many carp angler's have lost a rod by not securing them down properly

Exactly the secret squirrel 🐿 days from the 60, 70 and 80’s of keeping your edges to yourself are well gone, it’s just the way it is nowadays.
