Kick start problem on the Moa's ZX, and comparing some diffrences between two SC 10 2 stroke engines

Problem: Kick starter not working properly. Continue to try to improve and get the Kymco Super Fever "Värmdömoppen" up to date. Previous owner has put wrong parts on it and missed washers and so on so I try to locate a replacement part. It does not go according to plan..
Honda AF27 pinion does not fit.
Also compares bushing and gear lever, gear with GY6 kick assembly. They are not exactly the same, but bushings might be interchangelble.
Did i fix it? Managed to get the kick start assembly to work at last. Check the progress in this video.

I love these videos, I have two zx super fevers going 20+ years strong, they are really reliable machines in general.
But finding parts for them can be a royal pain due to their age, combined with the industry going for more cheapo chinesium 4 stroke scooters.
So watching someone do repair work on these is really helpful for finding the correct parts and how to fix things, keep it up!

Thank you for the nice comment! Yes it can be a bit tricky finding part sometimes, but so far it's been solvable.
There will be some other scooter videos also on the channel, to try to mix things up a bit. :)
