I had a stress related heart attack and it was felt it was spasms with no blockage. It was called Minoca and no answers. Our hospital doesn't check for microvascular dysfunction. My EF went from 47 to 57 with cardiovascular exercise.

I have L5 S1 degenerative disc disease. I use an inversion table. Good relief.
