@@ilockeyou well, I don't know anything about indonesian and malaysian, but yeah, it's kinda similar. portuguese speakers can understand most of the spanish words, but I've heard from some spanish speakers that they can't understand us, so that's a thing
@@ilockeyou 'I am brazilian, so ....Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian are like cousing languages... all of them comes from Latin.. they have basic the same gramatical structure, but diferent words.. so basic... they are realy similar.. but it doesn't mean that a french guy will understand 100% a portuguese speaker.. but there are many similar words between this languages... get it. Spanish is very near portugueses, but it easier toa portuguese to understand a spanish than the oposite... i don't know why.
Guys, of course he is not Dimash.. but Dimash was born on a musical stage and has singing parents, and studies.. Gabriel is a Brazilian self-taught and therefore receives all the credit in the world !!

Indeed, learning Gabriels background, awesome vocal range, natural talent without formal training is exceptional! Where as Dimash, who has fantastic talent, but has neen trained most of his life, "D's" even trained swimming for breath control, etc, makes Gabriel's naturally blessed talents from GOD more exceptional! He seems so humble with vocals comming from his soul!! Gabriel has no special visual effects, staging, costumes, dancers, full orchestras, etc, as "D" has. Just Gabriel, his voice and a microphone at his home is all that is needed!! Soon he will have fans world wide, instantly after hearing him just once! He deserves world wide recognitions and an awesome famous career!! Can't wait to hear more from him, Cheers!

Hi kay. He will be on America's got Talent in june. It is amazing that he does not speak English. But being one of the best voices in the world and wishes to follow an international career, he needs to be able to loosen some accents which sometimes changes the meaning of the words. He's been already in LA sinceMarchh, I guess working on it. I am sure he's gonna be a wonderful and surprising sucessfu and a real candidate for the title. Thanks for your support !!
it doesnt really matter if youre a female or male because whistle register the same as lip whistle. the only difference is that its not our mouth that we are shaping to create whistle, but our throat.

Like me , you probably haven't heard about him because he's not from the US. I'm so thankful for reactors like you and UA-cam where I have discovered amazing singers; Dimash being my favorite.
Same. I've seen Gabriel's name in YT comments before and came across him a few times. And I found Dimash's SOS on Facebook by mistake almost 4 years ago, and most of his music here on YT. These people should be known worldwide. This is what we should consider quality music and promote. I was happy when some of my nephews and nieces (children from 3 to 12 years old) joined me for Dimash's digital concert and watch him on my phone now and then.

I am Brazilian and I just heard about him last week when he was at America´s Got Talent. I was also impressed, and I couldn´t believe I had never heard of him before. I hope he can soon come up with his own songs. I can easily see him in the future singing at a Grammy Awards.

Finally, Tara. I've been expecting this to happen. Gabriel is outsanding. I recommend Vision of Love and Emotions, sung also by him. He's Brazilian. His career was starting to take off, but had to come to a pause, we all know why. He had already presented himsel in a Brazilian Talents contest, Raúl Gil's Show, where singers must sing live. She did not let me down seeing her reactions to him. My favorite singer will always be Dimash and Gabriel second. I first saw Henrique months ago in a reaction video by 2 brother and a female cousin and he sang OH HAPPY DAY. He does some crazy high stuff in that one too.

I always hoped that he can change the music industry completly because he has raised the bar, shawn that anything is possible and more people like Gabriel will follow because like Tara have said many times This is what we should appreciate,this is art. I only discovered Gabriel recently and I am Brazilian too 😊 What amazes me the most is his humility. He mentioned in an earlier video that his English is horrible, but he studies the songs a lot. So it's like he has to reproduce them phonetically, without full knowledge of the English language. It takes a lot of courage to do that. When I moved to Australia I felt so self conscious of my accent and I was already fluent. This guy just records one of the most difficult songs for a woman to sing, what to say for a man, in a foreign language to him, and posts online for everyone to see. I think it's brilliant. He just loves to sing, stumbling in words or not, he just wants to share his passion with the world. 💖
You hit the exact spot. I am brazilian and studied in the USA. Even if he is not fluent , he understands what he is singing, because otherwise there would be no emotion shown , just a robotic melody, wich is wayyyy far from that. One of the best voices Ive heard recently wich was completely unknown to me untill now.

I don't know Gabriel too well, but from what I've seen so far, Dimash certainly has better head voice and better melismas. Not sure about whistle, I haven't heard enough to tell, but Dimash has 8th octave whistle. As for the tone, this is quite subjective, I don't think that can be measured.
@@jorgecherry25 I didn't say it's best. For example, I think Mariah Carey has better control of the whistle register than Dimash. But if he's better than Gabriel at this, I think it's debatable. We're comparing studio vs live stage whistle, and different pitches here. But again, I don't know all of Gabriel's music, as mentioned before.

Same. I've seen Gabriel's name in YT comments before and came across him a few times. And I found Dimash's SOS on Facebook by mistake almost 4 years ago, and most of his music here on YT. These people should be known worldwide. This is what we should consider quality music and promote. I was happy when some of my nephews and nieces (children from 3 to 12 years old) joined me for Dimash's digital concert and watch him on my phone now and then.
I am Brazilian and I just heard about him last week when he was at America´s Got Talent. I was also impressed, and I couldn´t believe I had never heard of him before. I hope he can soon come up with his own songs. I can easily see him in the future singing at a Grammy Awards.

Finally, Tara. I've been expecting this to happen. Gabriel is outsanding. I recommend Vision of Love and Emotions, sung also by him. He's Brazilian. His career was starting to take off, but had to come to a pause, we all know why. He had already presented himsel in a Brazilian Talents contest, Raúl Gil's Show, where singers must sing live. I recommend you When I was your man, from that instance. You should check Lyodra Ginting and Elaine Duran, if you haven't. This is the new generation of super singers. Thank you for your reaction. He has a few Mariah Carey songs he does well and other Whitney Houston ones. Gabriel does Celine Dion's MY HEART WILL GO ON quite well too. Months ago I suggested that Tara react to him. She did not let me down seeing her reactions to him. My favorite singer will always be Dimash and Gabriel second. I first saw Henrique months ago in a reaction video by 2 brother and a female cousin and he sang OH HAPPY DAY. He does some crazy high stuff in that one too.

I only discovered Gabriel recently and I am Brazilian too 😊 What amazes me the most is his humility. He mentioned in an earlier video that his English is horrible, but he studies the songs a lot. So it's like he has to reproduce them phonetically, without full knowledge of the English language. It takes a lot of courage to do that. When I moved to Australia I felt so self conscious of my accent and I was already fluent. This guy just records one of the most difficult songs for a woman to sing, what to say for a man, in a foreign language to him, and posts online for everyone to see. I think it's brilliant. He just loves to sing, stumbling in words or not, he just wants to share his passion with the world. 💖
You hit the exact spot. I am brazilian and studied in the USA. Even if he is not fluent , he understands what he is singing, because otherwise there would be no emotion shown , just a robotic melody, wich is wayyyy far from that. One of the best voices Ive heard recently wich was completely unknown to me untill now.

I don't know Gabriel too well, but from what I've seen so far, Dimash certainly has better head voice and better melismas. Not sure about whistle, I haven't heard enough to tell, but Dimash has 8th octave whistle.
As for the tone, this is quite subjective, I don't think that can be measured.

@@jorgecherry25 I didn't say it's best. For example, I think Mariah Carey has better control of the whistle register than Dimash. But if he's better than Gabriel at this, I think it's debatable. We're comparing studio vs live stage whistle, and different pitches here. But again, I don't know all of Gabriel's music, as mentioned before.
