- Ever have that one guitar that you just can't seem to get finished because the next step in the process takes more time than you have available today? Worry about losing the individuality in your instruments if you start mass production? What if you could minimize duplicating set up and tear down times, saving you time and money? Let's escape the paralysis of analysis and consider some middle ground where you might find proficiency, productivity and peace of mind.

@@paulmerojunkpileguitars I am looking to something different as I get older at 58yrs cooking was one of my favorite but music was first. Making an instrument for music it seems like a great way to keep myself going .
A hot kitchen is not were I want be anymore.
Thanks for the suggestion! Having a stack of necks ready to install can sure speed up the process. I built a scarf joint jig for my chop saw so that should speed up the process.
Thanks for all of the advice. Very inspirational!
Darrell S. Moore thanks for watching
Have you ever done a video on making the templates you use? I’d like to make some for myself. I enjoy your videos!
Thanks Rick. I will build out a playlist and send you a link
Thanks! That helps a lot.
How thick is your headstock, I didn’t hear you mention that. I know if it’s to thick that will cause a tuner fit problem they will be too short.
