I'm watching all of the friends I grew up with who had so much personality in their youth become depressed with low self esteem, being killed slowly physically, spiritually & psychologically by our toxic culture. Everyone acts like this is normal, it's not.
I've been saying the same thing and feels like I'm alone and everyone thinks this is all normal. I'm more freaked out living in a black mirror episode than finding out I'm the one insane and our western culture isn't the problem. But it really is. Everyone is diluted and warm. Not cold or hot. Yep. It's a strange new world! Basically what it is is people condense into more extreme versions of themselves. They get narrowed down from so many factors to exist in a smaller and smaller space that basically people emplode. Who they are is cut off and restricted so much that portions of who people are turn on them and kill them slowly. While young we had many opportunities and possibilities. As we age in this culture we artificially as well as naturally get on smaller and smaller paths. Until we are so far down one of them and so disconnected to anything else we begin to love our jailer. And find reasons why it's even a good thing you are being destroyed and hampered. Personally I am sure I look childish because I do random things and really don't care what happens beyond maybe a few months in the future. I'll quite a job out of nowhere and get another job in a completely different field. Then maybe quit that one and decide to not work and be a hermit for a year. Maybe get addicted to a drug. Then spend the time in agony forcing myself to kick the addiction by myself... I may go dumpster diving or pick up hitch hikers and take them waaay out of my way. I stop and pet cats and feed birds... I try to LIVE

Weakness creates better consumers, better voters, better slaves. Strength is the complete opposite. All the things that make us strong make us poor consumers, difficult voters, and terrible slaves.
I would add that dysfunction creates more markets for government. The more dysfunctional society is, the more opportunity government sees to grow government but not improve peoples lives. You get to attempt to create the life you want to live. That is the essence of Nietzsche. Life is only as meaningful as you make it.

In our comfortable world today, suffering is viewed as the unnecessary sin. In more traditional societies, suffering wasn't viewed in such a way, they seen it as something to make you stronger and to prepare you, for doing great things. Facing resistance builds character, but also reveals it. Great work again, Mr. Boyo!!

I tried using AI to generate some images a couple of months back and, after getting back a set of images after 5 minutes that would have taken me about a weeks work, I was shocked to hear a little voice in my head say: "Well now, why would you spend a week in photoshop creating a collage now when you can get one created in 5 minutes now, for free?" ...Gave me the shivers because, well, having drawn and all the rest all my life, I saw the issue there, but, had I not got 40 years refining my artistic principles and what-not... and now be capable of producing works of similar quality myself due to thousands of hours of practice, that would be an open and shut case... in other words, if I was producing the crap I made when I was 16 and I was given that option - no way I'd have developed my craft... and the only thing I'd have learned is how to construct a sentence to command AI... massive, dominant area of my artistry that goes into everything I create today erased right there. I love your videos. I’ve been a student of Nietzsche for 25 years now. It started way back when I was in college studying philosophy. They didn’t teach us a thing about Nietzsche. Thankfully, I stumbled on him and other great Germans by myself. I have time in my hands at my job. So I’ve sat here the last week listening to your videos. You are very in point with everything I’ve listened to on here. Great job, man. Keep up the good fight and keep using your incredible story telling abilities to put usefulness information out there. There are so many great nuggets here but I think general dysphoria isn't really related. You could say that those people are choosing life, not death. Choosing mental wellness is heroic. I just don't think it's that black and white. Also, I can much better be a lion without kids. I really appreciate your work though. My remix of this would be to leave out identity politics which are much more nuanced and encourage people who do feel persecuted to face pain and embrace life.❤

Great video! I find that a common misunderstanding of Nietzsche, is that he argued for the promulgation of ALL values of *master morality* (as opposed to slave morality). He did not; in-fact Nietzsche had criticisms of it, and had he lived longer-- likely would have published many more criticisms. He also sang many praises of many different aspects of *slave morality*. Nietzsche wanted us to completely perform a TRANSVALUATION. The point was never to pick one to the exclusion of the other, it was to transmute values of both into a new morality altogether. Remember that the staunch capitalist who rules over media conglomerates-- who bribes politicians and manipulates governments, all while carelessly killing the masses and the environment-- is as much as a perpetuator of the death cult, as the pink-haired, nihilistic, redditor-slave at the bottom of the hierarchy is. What matters isn't so much the politics, policies, protests, actions taken-- as much as the underlying psychical schemes and motives behind them. So, in that sense... the question we should ask ourselves is: what do these people from all places of society look like, when we examine their underlying motives?... What motivates their actions? What are their attitudes towards life? Is the protestor of violence and inequality one who is anti-natalist and hostile to life? Or are they healthy, strong, and fit-- standing proudly like a lion? Does life, courage, and tenacity exude from them with a powerful vibrancy? Do they consistently slay dragons, and destroy barriers placed before them? If they do, then you have found your 'saviors'; and you should count yourselves among them. Similarly, is the shareholder of transnational corporations, one who manipulates and rules over nations-- who carelessly rules, and is a slave to his own vices, drunk on his own power, lustful for ordinary material things such as money, wealth and status to the exclusion of the sublime aspects of life? Does he give no consideration to every life he ends, or to every protest or revolt he squashes? Does he only care about the maintenance of his own empire of dirt, to the exclusion of the rest of all life? Because if he does-- in my opinion-- the lions climbing the hill, are righteous in the judgement they have cast upon them. When they have seized their castle through force of strength and spirit-- when the sword of justice struck down upon them, life is renewed. If the lions are not lions at all, but merely depressed, nihilistic, and anti-life peoples-- then their rule will simply be a new form of the same death cult. Why? They are not motivated by the redemption of life, love, the sublime, and the beauty of Being. They have merely succumbed to the worst of life-- and they are guided only by their suffering manifest as revenge. They seek revenge; not justice. Justice is a divine sword, only truly capable of being wielded by those who fully embrace life and Being. Those who wield the worldly sword of it's likeness; wield Revenge.

However, to draw from Nietzsche -- how can you hope to fix an issue with the same morality which got you into the problem to begin with? Simply because something is egotistical -- does not mean it is immoral. Simply because something is held as immoral, does not mean that it should be held as such. Ergo, the need for a trans-valuation of morals. I would presume we all wish to minimize suffering, and maximize happiness and flourishing as much as possible. Yet; have we ever stopped to ask ourselves... in a near post-scarcity world; why are people *anywhere* starving at all? I find that many people tend to think this is more of a blind side-effect of a capitalist incentive structure -- yet I would argue few things are ever unintentional on this scale. If the first-world wanted to solve world-hunger, it would. Historically, famine, plague and psychological warfare is extremely effective in war. Today, it is not the 9 million who starve (or are at risk of starvation) -- who are not having children. It is the people within the first-world who are opting out of having children. The very same peoples who are far closer to the 'masters' -- are the same ones which have turned to escapism, nihilism, and anti-life perspectives. It's rather convenient for a certain group; wouldn't you say? The most invigorating force that I can summon is realizing I've been lulled back into Samsara through the 9-5, like a teenager falling in and out of sleep in the morning during summer vacation. That sudden jolt of energy and realization that screams, "Hey! Wake up and get out there," sends me into total Goblin Mode as I go hard at the gym and catch up on my writing and reading. Only to once again fall back asleep. Oddly enough, I've found that keeping particular pagan imagery and symbolism around, like Thor's Hammer or Curnnunos, helps reduce this pattern. Finding ideas or symbols to anchor you back to your mission in life is an important part, at least for me, of pulling myself away from the death cult.
To repress the geniuses that were meant to rise… to cut them off spiritually instead of allowing them the opportunity to adopt life affirming values for them to gives us the art of the future… this is something I can’t forgive.
There are a couple of problems here. The most important is that towards the end you put your own words in Nietzsche's mouth. It's not that obvious what Nietzsche's philosophy would practically mean for todays environment. You're serving your own interpretation of Nietzsche. The second is: Life-Denial is an absolute misinterpretation of todays values. It's rather the opposite. Todays western values treat life like something you can max out by squeezing the last bit out of it. We want the reward to be bigger and the cost to be smaller. It's the opppsite of Life-Denial. It's the denial of sufgering and death. The denial of the cost for the reward. On another note: The one fundamental question neglected here is: For what? Embrace life for what? Death is certain. In order to find a meaning we must question life, not blindly embrace it.

The more life goes on, I think Nietzsche's reevaluation of all values is the only way forward. But people should remember what this is supposed to mean, it doesn't necessarily mean rejection of all values previously held. It means to honestly and authentically interrogate why we value the things that we do, and in this process we might find that a lot of the values we hold are holding us back, and we may find that some are actually good. Nietzsche even gives us the criteria to judge values on. And it's what is life-affirming vs what is life-denying. I think this frame work is the future because Christianity, regardless of how one personally feels about, is not coming back. Granted, this frame work isn't as cut and dry and all-encompassing as some would like. It certainly has it's grey areas. But it makes the most sense right now.
I hear a certain narrative in this video and I want to throw in a few thoughts about it: 1) Life does not need to be compared to a zero-sum game. The lion isn't eating the gazelle in order to engage in some compensatory power trip, it's not an act of cruelty (even though it looks like so to us, because we have evolved to have compassion towards animals), it's eating it because it's hungry, and its system has evolved to be a carnivore, hence it will eat a gazelle or another animal. There is a huge difference between taking action which is necessary for survival vs. taking action which is unnecessary and hurts others. 2) Empathy is written into our biological code. Wanting well-being and the minimization of unnecessary suffering for oneself and others is not "weak" or "life-denying", it is life-promoting. When a baby cries, it cries because there is some unmet need, and unmet needs are the main source of suffering. What this kind of thinking is suggesting, to analogize with the baby, is for the mother to purposely not give the baby food when it's hungry, because this "will make it stronger" - which we already know is absurd. In reality, the baby will develop best when it is regularly fed, loved and taken care of. While it's important to acknowledge that life will carry with it various challenges, humans thrive at their best and most creative capacity (including their capacity to overcome various life challenges) when they have their physical and socio-emotional needs met (think Maslow's pyramid of needs). 3) Women aren't having children not because someone is telling them that it's evil (there might be some small minority that believes this, but there is a small minority that believes a bunch of other things - we don't consider them the norm). Women aren't being told to have an abortion - they usually do this due to economic factors. In a capitalist world where extracting profit is more valued than worker's needs, time and rights, where women need to participate in a system made by men for men, and where a lot of the world has been brainwashed into the narrative of "survival of the fittest" in order to maintain the exploitative system, we ought not to scapegoat women for not having children - rather, look at the circumstances that lead to that situation (and one of the main ones is capitalism). If a woman's authentic calling is leading her elsewhere than having children, the "lion" way is to follow it. It's to be applauded that women that want to lead a certain lifestyle are aware of and acknowledge that their most wanted and authentic lifestyle is not compatible with raising a child. 4) Nobody is telling kids or making them be trans. It's like saying that normalizing homosexuality turns people gay - homosexuality being accepted in many societies doesn't mean that all people there turn gay, they are just given more freedom to explore the sexuality that they innately feel. Additionally, one of the reasons people develop gender dysphoria is because of rigid gender norms such as "women must have children and be feminine" or "men must be providers and have to be masculine". The stereotypical image of how each gender should be like plays a big role in gender dysphoria: a. obtained unconscious belief of how one "must" feel, have wants and needs, behave, based on gender/sex at birth --> feeling, wanting and needing something else which is different than the unconscious messages sent from the environment of how they should be, what they should need, how they should behave --> wanting to assign a different gender to oneself, acknowledging these discrepancies. So, the very narrative of what men and women should be like is exactly what drives gender dysphoria. Transgenderism is a normal reaction to a set of abnormal rules and expectations placed on people based on their genitalia. 5) Our happiness, beauty and power does not need to lead or stem from other's unhappiness. Our happiness as humans, to a degree, comes from making other people happy with our presence and actions. It comes from providing value to those around us. If what you are seeing around you are people which are deeply unhappy, it is much less likely that you yourself will be happy (mirror neurons). 6) People are more creative when they are in a state of well-being and happiness. We can look at this both from a reproductive point of view - people are less likely to have sex when they feel sick or when they lack sleep; or from a psychological level - sadness, fear, anxiety can lead to a decrease in creativity and creative energy. While it's true that people who suffer from mental health issues could turn to creating art in order to express their feelings, in general people are more creative from a state of well-being than from a state of pain and suffering. Taking access to opportunity, relative financial stability and a strong social support system away from people leads to the diminishing of their creativity - not the fact that they want equality. 7) One of the main reasons why there is a lack of incentive for creativity and exploring, is the profit motive. There are so many talented artists who cannot continue to create simply because they can't make a living from it. There are many psychologists who end up working to make companies more profit by extracting more from workers instead of exploring the human soul and defending human rights and well-being, simply because they cannot make a living in this way. Many areas of medicine and science in which more research is needed are not getting proper research and funding - simply because it's not profitable. 8) There is a huge difference between actual well-being and coping mechanisms. The problem isn't people wanting empathy, equality, the right of both sexes to decide how to express themselves and how to live their lives, the problem is all people being consistently gaslit by society that what we live in that everything is as it should be, and that it's "as nature intended it", as if this is the right way to do things and there's no other way to do it, when it's actually a result of being out of alignment with oneself and the rest of nature. For example - trauma is a natural response which serves a purpose in the moment, but the effects it leaves on the body and mind are not beneficial. Many substances which are toxic to us exist in nature - this doesn't make them any less toxic. The fact that some kind of societal arrangement emerged from one perspective of our nature does not mean that this is the end-all be-all most aligned state. Meanwhile, the people who are drowning themselves in constant entertainment aren't to be blamed, as they are bombarded by this from all sides, and they're trying to find a way to cope with an abnormal condition, which in itself is a natural response. Rather, we ought look at the structures which bring about and push upon society this constant meaninglessness, consumerism and pain of everyday living for the sake of making a handful of people extra profit that they don't need in reality. 9) Yes, a large portion of the capitalist west has done massive harm to the rest of the world through colonialism, and it still does it by corporate neocolonialism - extracting resources from "developing" countries. There is no need to guilt trip young people born in the west for things that they had nothing to do with, but it's important to stay informed in order to take steps in creating a change in a system which leads to the suffering of millions around the globe.

I agree with everything except #4. I don't think transgenderism and other sects of LGBT has anything to do with cultural expectations. As you said in #3, women are having less children because the environment is not conducive to children, namely the economy. The decreasing birth rates are working in lockstep with the increasing transgenderism, homosexuality, etc. This is not a coincidence. *Both* of these behaviors are naturally evolved responses to environmental factors! The environment and the economy that distributes the resources in that environment are telling people that reproduction is not a viable option right now. Our genes are literally expressing themselves to slow the population growth because our cells are sending signals that the environment is unsustainable. This is *epigenetics.* There's a reason why rates of homosexuality and transgenderism increase in collapsing empires. It's literally a warning sign developed by millions of years of evolution.

In both scenarios, welfare takes care of the "new" people. However, in the first scenario, the immigrants never move in, this ultimately means there are more *total* people in the 1st scenario. Now consider the difference in effect that globalization has in the two scenarios, given that there are more people in scenario #1. Well as it stands, 9 million people starve to death every year. We are failing to feed, house, and otherwise care for the people who are already on this planet. And as the world's economy becomes more globalized, we simply depend on each other more. So in scenario #1, you have more people to feed and very likely more tension *between* nations. In scenario #2, you have less people to feed, and you're assimilating cultures which leads to less tension between nations. In other words, your ego is telling you your blood is better than theirs... Despite the fact that globalization is increasing the interdependence of everyone in the world. Your blood is becoming their blood, and you can't see it because your traditional nationalistic perspective is so ingrained in you that you are having a hard time finding compatibility with a globalizing economy. And btw, the reason that economy is globalizing is because the wealthy capitalistic nations decided it was time to exploit labor everywhere else. Afterall, there's simply more profit in third-world labor. And to go a step further, it's this exploitation of labor that *creates* the fu**ing refugee immigrants that you're complaining about! Why work in Mexico for US companies when they pay 4x as much across the border? There's a reason first-world nations are turning to empathy. It's because they are becoming more conscious as the cloud of cognitive dissonance lifts away. And what is lifting the cognitive dissonance? Well the crime and social strife that's been manufactured in other nations due to the labor exploitation is starting to come home. The capitalists are globalizing and buying islands and they're leaving behind the first-world nations that they sprouted from. Last point about anti-natalism and your Reddit hate hard-on.... Again, the crime and social strife is coming to your front door. You blame the immigrants, and the immigrants may even blame you. But in short order, you'll both run out of welfare *and* children if you don't start pointing the finger at the people exploiting the labor. The problem is wealth inequality. It's always been a class war. You live in a world brimming with the technology needed to create a utopia, but you're pretending or fooled into believing that the scarcity is inevitable. A world without electricity and instant communication has vastly less potential than our current one. I feel like that's me. Me and my partner in our late 30s/early 40s and she's unwilling to start a family now. We'd been talking about it since our late 20s. Ran out of time. She dedicated herself to the lie, her career. I let the weakness of this culture convince me to feel sorry for myself instead of overcoming my limits. But when I finally pulled myself out I failed to convince the person I care about most. The weight of that kills me. I call everything described here as the machine. Oversocialization. Beurocracy. Consumerism. I feel like I could always sense it. The weight of knowing it's there but being unable to convince others it's there has made me feel indescribably alienated. I think N was concerned with a last man ethos. I’m not sure that’s the same thing as people effectively wanting what they think they’re due. The problem with the lion/ gazelle anology is that with humans the gazelles can turn around and do a revolution. Also if you want good art you probably need the government to get the wallets out and actually fund arts in working class communities. That way you get more people who can paint, ergo more exceptional painters. Would be interesting if you made a video discussing more in depth on how Nietzsche sees morality and objective truth. - This seems like the main sticking point that a lot of anti Nietzsche guys cling to that I feel like they do because they lack the actual understanding of what Nietzsche is actually getting at. Especially with the idea that Nietzsche is a yes sayer for life, from which he derives a lot of his ideas as a sort of first principle, and that; like Thucydides, seems to view moral systems as originating from the ground up, being influenced by different peoples cultures and traditions (hence why there are so many different "objective truths" out there) that seem to all have similarities at the heart of them despite a lot of the socially constructed differences. Much like how a caste system is a social construct, but a social construct that bases itself off of an aspect of reality that is very real, that being hierarchies. Much like how you have different types of caste systems throughout history that have differences between them, they all stem and draw their power from the same source, morality works the same way.

Yep. It's a strange new world! Basically what it is is people condense into more extreme versions of themselves. They get narrowed down from so many factors to exist in a smaller and smaller space that basically people emplode. Who they are is cut off and restricted so much that portions of who people are turn on them and kill them slowly. While young we had many opportunities and possibilities. As we age in this culture we artificially as well as naturally get on smaller and smaller paths. Until we are so far down one of them and so disconnected to anything else we begin to love our jailer. And find reasons why it's even a good thing you are being destroyed and hampered. Personally I am sure I look childish because I do random things and really don't care what happens beyond maybe a few months in the future. I'll quite a job out of nowhere and get another job in a completely different field. Then maybe quit that one and decide to not work and be a hermit for a year. Maybe get addicted to a drug. Then spend the time in agony forcing myself to kick the addiction by myself... I may go dumpster diving or pick up hitch hikers and take them waaay out of my way. I tried using AI to generate some images a couple of months back and, after getting back a set of images after 5 minutes that would have taken me about a weeks work, I was shocked to hear a little voice in my head say: "Well now, why would you spend a week in photoshop creating a collage now when you can get one created in 5 minutes now, for free?" ...Gave me the shivers because, well, having drawn and all the rest all my life, I saw the issue there, but, had I not got 40 years refining my artistic principles and what-not... and now be capable of producing works of similar quality myself due to thousands of hours of practice, that would be an open and shut case... in other words, if I was producing the crap I made when I was 16 and I was given that option - no way I'd have developed my craft... and the only thing I'd have learned is how to construct a sentence to command AI... massive, dominant area of my artistry that goes into everything I create today erased right there. There are so many great nuggets here but I think general dysphoria isn't really related. You could say that those people are choosing life, not death. Choosing mental wellness is heroic. I grew up on in the 80s and 90s, and I already feel like a stranger in a strange land. I still have 40 or 50 years of life left, and I know that by end of that time, things will be truly alien to me culturally and socially.
Great video! I find that a common misunderstanding of Nietzsche, is that he argued for the promulgation of ALL values of *master morality* (as opposed to slave morality). He did not; in-fact Nietzsche had criticisms of it, and had he lived longer-- likely would have published many more criticisms. He also sang many praises of many different aspects of *slave morality*.
Nietzsche wanted us to completely perform a TRANSVALUATION. The point was never to pick one to the exclusion of the other, it was to transmute values of both into a new morality altogether.
Remember that the staunch capitalist who rules over media conglomerates-- who bribes politicians and manipulates governments, all while carelessly killing the masses and the environment-- is as much as a perpetuator of the death cult, as the pink-haired, nihilistic, redditor-slave at the bottom of the hierarchy is.
What matters isn't so much the politics, policies, protests, actions taken-- as much as the underlying psychical schemes and motives behind them.
So, in that sense... the question we should ask ourselves is: what do these people from all places of society look like, when we examine their underlying motives?... What motivates their actions? What are their attitudes towards life?
Is the protestor of violence and inequality one who is anti-natalist and hostile to life? Or are they healthy, strong, and fit-- standing proudly like a lion? Does life, courage, and tenacity exude from them with a powerful vibrancy? Do they consistently slay dragons, and destroy barriers placed before them? If they do, then you have found your 'saviors'; and you should count yourselves among them.
Similarly, is the shareholder of transnational corporations, one who manipulates and rules over nations-- who carelessly rules, and is a slave to his own vices, drunk on his own power, lustful for ordinary material things such as money, wealth and status to the exclusion of the sublime aspects of life? Does he give no consideration to every life he ends, or to every protest or revolt he squashes? Does he only care about the maintenance of his own empire of dirt, to the exclusion of the rest of all life?
Because if he does-- in my opinion-- the lions climbing the hill, are righteous in the judgement they have cast upon them. When they have seized their castle through force of strength and spirit-- when the sword of justice struck down upon them, life is renewed.
If the lions are not lions at all, but merely depressed, nihilistic, and anti-life peoples-- then their rule will simply be a new form of the same death cult. Why? They are not motivated by the redemption of life, love, the sublime, and the beauty of Being. They have merely succumbed to the worst of life-- and they are guided only by their suffering manifest as revenge. They seek revenge; not justice.
Justice is a divine sword, only truly capable of being wielded by those who fully embrace life and Being. Those who wield the worldly sword of it's likeness; wield Revenge.

Only to once again fall back asleep. Oddly enough, I've found that keeping particular pagan imagery and symbolism around, like Thor's Hammer or Curnnunos, helps reduce this pattern. Finding ideas or symbols to anchor you back to your mission in life is an important part, at least for me, of pulling myself away from the death cult.

There are a couple of problems here. The most important is that towards the end you put your own words in Nietzsche's mouth. It's not that obvious what Nietzsche's philosophy would practically mean for todays environment. You're serving your own interpretation of Nietzsche.
The second is: Life-Denial is an absolute misinterpretation of todays values. It's rather the opposite. Todays western values treat life like something you can max out by squeezing the last bit out of it. We want the reward to be bigger and the cost to be smaller. It's the opppsite of Life-Denial. It's the denial of sufgering and death. The denial of the cost for the reward.
On another note: The one fundamental question neglected here is: For what? Embrace life for what? Death is certain. In order to find a meaning we must question life, not blindly embrace it.

The more life goes on, I think Nietzsche's reevaluation of all values is the only way forward. But people should remember what this is supposed to mean, it doesn't necessarily mean rejection of all values previously held. It means to honestly and authentically interrogate why we value the things that we do, and in this process we might find that a lot of the values we hold are holding us back, and we may find that some are actually good. Nietzsche even gives us the criteria to judge values on. And it's what is life-affirming vs what is life-denying. I think this frame work is the future because Christianity, regardless of how one personally feels about, is not coming back. Granted, this frame work isn't as cut and dry and all-encompassing as some would like. It certainly has it's grey areas. But it makes the most sense right now.

I hear a certain narrative in this video and I want to throw in a few thoughts about it:
1) Life does not need to be compared to a zero-sum game. The lion isn't eating the gazelle in order to engage in some compensatory power trip, it's not an act of cruelty (even though it looks like so to us, because we have evolved to have compassion towards animals), it's eating it because it's hungry, and its system has evolved to be a carnivore, hence it will eat a gazelle or another animal. There is a huge difference between taking action which is necessary for survival vs. taking action which is unnecessary and hurts others.
2) Empathy is written into our biological code. Wanting well-being and the minimization of unnecessary suffering for oneself and others is not "weak" or "life-denying", it is life-promoting. When a baby cries, it cries because there is some unmet need, and unmet needs are the main source of suffering. What this kind of thinking is suggesting, to analogize with the baby, is for the mother to purposely not give the baby food when it's hungry, because this "will make it stronger" - which we already know is absurd. In reality, the baby will develop best when it is regularly fed, loved and taken care of. While it's important to acknowledge that life will carry with it various challenges, humans thrive at their best and most creative capacity (including their capacity to overcome various life challenges) when they have their physical and socio-emotional needs met (think Maslow's pyramid of needs).
3) Women aren't having children not because someone is telling them that it's evil (there might be some small minority that believes this, but there is a small minority that believes a bunch of other things - we don't consider them the norm). Women aren't being told to have an abortion - they usually do this due to economic factors. In a capitalist world where extracting profit is more valued than worker's needs, time and rights, where women need to participate in a system made by men for men, and where a lot of the world has been brainwashed into the narrative of "survival of the fittest" in order to maintain the exploitative system, we ought not to scapegoat women for not having children - rather, look at the circumstances that lead to that situation (and one of the main ones is capitalism). If a woman's authentic calling is leading her elsewhere than having children, the "lion" way is to follow it. It's to be applauded that women that want to lead a certain lifestyle are aware of and acknowledge that their most wanted and authentic lifestyle is not compatible with raising a child.
4) Nobody is telling kids or making them be trans. It's like saying that normalizing homosexuality turns people gay - homosexuality being accepted in many societies doesn't mean that all people there turn gay, they are just given more freedom to explore the sexuality that they innately feel. Additionally, one of the reasons people develop gender dysphoria is because of rigid gender norms such as "women must have children and be feminine" or "men must be providers and have to be masculine". The stereotypical image of how each gender should be like plays a big role in gender dysphoria: a. obtained unconscious belief of how one "must" feel, have wants and needs, behave, based on gender/sex at birth --> feeling, wanting and needing something else which is different than the unconscious messages sent from the environment of how they should be, what they should need, how they should behave --> wanting to assign a different gender to oneself, acknowledging these discrepancies. So, the very narrative of what men and women should be like is exactly what drives gender dysphoria. Transgenderism is a normal reaction to a set of abnormal rules and expectations placed on people based on their genitalia.
5) Our happiness, beauty and power does not need to lead or stem from other's unhappiness. Our happiness as humans, to a degree, comes from making other people happy with our presence and actions. It comes from providing value to those around us. If what you are seeing around you are people which are deeply unhappy, it is much less likely that you yourself will be happy (mirror neurons).
6) People are more creative when they are in a state of well-being and happiness. We can look at this both from a reproductive point of view - people are less likely to have sex when they feel sick or when they lack sleep; or from a psychological level - sadness, fear, anxiety can lead to a decrease in creativity and creative energy. While it's true that people who suffer from mental health issues could turn to creating art in order to express their feelings, in general people are more creative from a state of well-being than from a state of pain and suffering. Taking access to opportunity, relative financial stability and a strong social support system away from people leads to the diminishing of their creativity - not the fact that they want equality.
7) One of the main reasons why there is a lack of incentive for creativity and exploring, is the profit motive. There are so many talented artists who cannot continue to create simply because they can't make a living from it. There are many psychologists who end up working to make companies more profit by extracting more from workers instead of exploring the human soul and defending human rights and well-being, simply because they cannot make a living in this way. Many areas of medicine and science in which more research is needed are not getting proper research and funding - simply because it's not profitable.
8) There is a huge difference between actual well-being and coping mechanisms. The problem isn't people wanting empathy, equality, the right of both sexes to decide how to express themselves and how to live their lives, the problem is all people being consistently gaslit by society that what we live in that everything is as it should be, and that it's "as nature intended it", as if this is the right way to do things and there's no other way to do it, when it's actually a result of being out of alignment with oneself and the rest of nature. For example - trauma is a natural response which serves a purpose in the moment, but the effects it leaves on the body and mind are not beneficial. Many substances which are toxic to us exist in nature - this doesn't make them any less toxic. The fact that some kind of societal arrangement emerged from one perspective of our nature does not mean that this is the end-all be-all most aligned state. Meanwhile, the people who are drowning themselves in constant entertainment aren't to be blamed, as they are bombarded by this from all sides, and they're trying to find a way to cope with an abnormal condition, which in itself is a natural response. Rather, we ought look at the structures which bring about and push upon society this constant meaninglessness, consumerism and pain of everyday living for the sake of making a handful of people extra profit that they don't need in reality.
9) Yes, a large portion of the capitalist west has done massive harm to the rest of the world through colonialism, and it still does it by corporate neocolonialism - extracting resources from "developing" countries. There is no need to guilt trip young people born in the west for things that they had nothing to do with, but it's important to stay informed in order to take steps in creating a change in a system which leads to the suffering of millions around the globe.
Many of these add some good nuance
It's good to point out that not all of the "death cult" is explicit and can come down to downstream effects from ideology and social institutions

It wouldn't be hard for European states to incentivise European women to have children by giving them huge tax breaks
Have 4 kids and your family (husband included) never pays income tax

Yet, the state is happy to set up a welfare system that migrates huge population into Europe, then puts them on welfare and funds them - tax free - to stay at home and make 8-12 children

I agree with everything except #4. I don't think transgenderism and other sects of LGBT has anything to do with cultural expectations. As you said in #3, women are having less children because the environment is not conducive to children, namely the economy. The decreasing birth rates are working in lockstep with the increasing transgenderism, homosexuality, etc. This is not a coincidence. *Both* of these behaviors are naturally evolved responses to environmental factors! The environment and the economy that distributes the resources in that environment are telling people that reproduction is not a viable option right now. Our genes are literally expressing themselves to slow the population growth because our cells are sending signals that the environment is unsustainable. This is *epigenetics.*

Consider the difference between the two opposing scenarios you've laid out.
1. Europeans reproduce themselves.
2. Europeans refrain from reproducing and allow immigrants to move in.
In both scenarios, welfare takes care of the "new" people. However, in the first scenario, the immigrants never move in, this ultimately means there are more *total* people in the 1st scenario.
Now consider the difference in effect that globalization has in the two scenarios, given that there are more people in scenario #1. Well as it stands, 9 million people starve to death every year. We are failing to feed, house, and otherwise care for the people who are already on this planet. And as the world's economy becomes more globalized, we simply depend on each other more. So in scenario #1, you have more people to feed and very likely more tension *between* nations. In scenario #2, you have less people to feed, and you're assimilating cultures which leads to less tension between nations.
In other words, your ego is telling you your blood is better than theirs... Despite the fact that globalization is increasing the interdependence of everyone in the world. Your blood is becoming their blood, and you can't see it because your traditional nationalistic perspective is so ingrained in you that you are having a hard time finding compatibility with a globalizing economy.
And btw, the reason that economy is globalizing is because the wealthy capitalistic nations decided it was time to exploit labor everywhere else. Afterall, there's simply more profit in third-world labor. And to go a step further, it's this exploitation of labor that *creates* the fu**ing refugee immigrants that you're complaining about! Why work in Mexico for US companies when they pay 4x as much across the border?
There's a reason first-world nations are turning to empathy. It's because they are becoming more conscious as the cloud of cognitive dissonance lifts away. And what is lifting the cognitive dissonance? Well the crime and social strife that's been manufactured in other nations due to the labor exploitation is starting to come home. The capitalists are globalizing and buying islands and they're leaving behind the first-world nations that they sprouted from.
Last point about anti-natalism and your Reddit hate hard-on.... Again, the crime and social strife is coming to your front door. You blame the immigrants, and the immigrants may even blame you. But in short order, you'll both run out of welfare *and* children if you don't start pointing the finger at the people exploiting the labor. The problem is wealth inequality. I am going to let all this information permeate my soul and try to embrace the tenets of true masculinity as I go about my day today. I feel like that's me. Me and my partner in our late 30s/early 40s and she's unwilling to start a family now. We'd been talking about it since our late 20s. Ran out of time. She dedicated herself to the lie, her career. I let the weakness of this culture convince me to feel sorry for myself instead of overcoming my limits. But when I finally pulled myself out I failed to convince the person I care about most. The weight of that kills me.
I call everything described here as the machine. Oversocialization. Beurocracy. Consumerism. I feel like I could always sense it. The weight of knowing it's there but being unable to convince others it's there has made me feel indescribably alienated. Isolated, even when surrounded by others. So many people I know are reddit brained. I'm so exhausted.

Just found this ... as an old man who is truly disheartened by the change, over the last few decades, from a future full of possibilities to a shallow, depressing one of ever-narrowing horizons and restricted possibilities.... I think N was concerned with a last man ethos. I’m not sure that’s the same thing as people effectively wanting what they think they’re due. The problem with the lion/ gazelle anology is that with humans the gazelles can turn around and do a revolution. Also if you want good art you probably need the government to get the wallets out and actually fund arts in working class communities. That way you get more people who can paint, ergo more exceptional painters.
N’s point is we’ll only be free and “Uber” is when we can choose to suffer for a reason- some higher expression of a will to power. Putting disabled access in and stopping people from being racist or whatever isn’t relevant. It’s not good art or disabled toilets. So I have a bit of an issue there. Feels a bit like sophistry.

You blame Reddit I blame capitalism
He seems a bit mixed up. He mentions "reddit hegemony" and then he goes on to criticize reddit for being unmotivated and unable to to anything but complain about inequality and injustice.... Both can't be true. If Reddit's desire for equality and justice were manifested, they'd have nothing to complain about.
Seems to me the inequality and injustice (brought on by capitalism) is obstacle *and* motivation of Reddit's attempts to achieve hegemony, and those things are very much still an effective obstacle.
This is communism were witnessing. Capitalism is dead.
If you knew what capitalism is you might make a case for something but obviously you don't and thus can't make a case for anything

Your comment at face value is no more of a "case" than the top comment you responded to. In other words, the original comment says 2+2=capitalism. You made a statement criticizing the answer, and provided no alternative case yourself. Given this chain of events, it's just as valid for me to accuse you of not knowing what capitalism is. Stop criticizing if you are too lazy to provide an alternative solution.

Our culture is sick, yes, but I can tell by the comments left here that there are enough of us awake or awakening to heal it before it’s too late. The fact that there is even a culture war on right now is a good sign. We owe it to ourselves and future generations to fight as best we can the evil in the world. Would be interesting if you made a video discussing more in depth on how Nietzsche sees morality and objective truth. - This seems like the main sticking point that a lot of anti Nietzsche guys cling to that I feel like they do because they lack the actual understanding of what Nietzsche is actually getting at. Especially with the idea that Nietzsche is a yes sayer for life, from which he derives a lot of his ideas as a sort of first principle, and that; like Thucydides, seems to view moral systems as originating from the ground up, being influenced by different peoples cultures and traditions (hence why there are so many different "objective truths" out there) that seem to all have similarities at the heart of them despite a lot of the socially constructed differences.
Much like how a caste system is a social construct, but a social construct that bases itself off of an aspect of reality that is very real, that being hierarchies. Much like how you have different types of caste systems throughout history that have differences between them, they all stem and draw their power from the same source, morality works the same way.

Now, I tend to agree with pretty much everything you say, except the children's argument, as having kids is not a mandatory contractual clause on our "life-time contract", when you say that kids take away our freedoms, our chance to enjoy ourselves and accomplish our goals, in a sarcastic manner, you're actually telling the truth, and I don't see why we need to deny that, or better yet, to act as if it were our duty to "castrate" our dreams in order to put another life on earth, is not like we're facing extinction, focusing on ourselves and our own growth is neither wrong, nor selfish, it's a choice like any other, so as much as I disagree with the liberal mob, on many subjects I disagree with conservatives and their backwardness. Y'know, I'VE chosen to have this material life experience, and I AM goin to chose how to play it out, the only mandatory rule for a good life, in my opinion, is respect and honesty, these two things go a long way in guaranteeing you a peaceful experience where you're truly free to do as you please, without fear of repercussions from people you screwed, or generally speaking, from karma.

This is the best analysis of what is wrong with our culture, that I have ever heard! This is also why I personally stopped identifying as a Christian and started looking into stoicism instead. Christianity sees the world as fundamentally flawed and bad, and it even tells us that humanity is responsible for destroying Paradise, and bringing, pain suffering, disease, predation, and death into the world. It sets the stage for people to blame others or themselves for all bad things. What could be a worse way to look at the world?

Finding oneself on the floor hit hard by life is better than taking hits and becoming more and more tensed and neurotic in fear of falling. Instead train to fall, is also a good physiological approach to combat, movement and metaphorically speaking to self improvement
