    Good advice mate. According to this I'm doing ok at the moment. Need to enjoy it while it lasts!

    1. I don't think I've had 7hrs sleep or more in one night for the last 5 years - BAD
    2. I don't eat meat or much processed food but eat way too much bread (toast for breakfast and sandwich for lunch every day) Think I have a decent diet. I never drink water on a run unless the run is >2hrs - OK
    3. barely ever miss a run for silly reasons because I have almost no time for running at the moment. Unless I get up super early, which I probably should do. But then please refer to #1! - BAD (at the moment)
    4. think I'm good at not comparing myself to others on strava - GOOD
    5. never manage to get a routine of any strength training - BAD
    verdict: I am ruining my running progression 😂

      Thanks Michael! For someone with the common issues mentioned, you’re a VERY good runner. I’d love to be at your standard when you’re on it and in race condition! Makes you think where you could be if everything lined up perfectly but it’s just not that easy to when we have busy lives like this. Keep plugging mate 👍🏼
