You're like a well oiled machine, Stevo! It's good to see things going to plan. Keeping yourself injury free and in the game has to be a top focus. You're doing nicely mate 💪👍🏻
Ultra plan will definitely help you with a faster marathon, but if he tempted to switch out a few of the longer runs with a marathon specific long run (4x5k with 1k recovery between sets and and a 3k warm up and cool down)
That is very true. I think I’m going to maybe blend them a bit as they are fairly similar but I’m definitely not taking London for granted. I’m really looking forward to it at the same time as trying to build endurance for both. I’ll be doing some marathon pace efforts on the long runs and after London i can build miles at a slower pace to stay fresh. Hopefully I can get it right this year 🤞🏼

Thanks, Mark. Getting there mate!

Thank you, that’s a great call. I’ll have a little edit of the ultra plan. Thanks
Lovely countryside!
Not too bad is it, Henry! Better than running round my old town!
Do the marathon plan. You should get a marathon nailed before doing any ultras. A (London) marathon is too big a deal to be lobbed in.
