I like to hear you are in a good mood, my guy! I understand how therapeutic those bike rides are. Nothing beats riding this time of year-it's the best!
Nice vid. Yes, it only takes a tiny victory to turn a man's mood. The trick is to string together a bunch of tiny victories consistently. That would be nice 😄
Breeze induced PTSD, while extremely rare is estimated to effect over .0000021% of the human population. And we all know those pesky trade winds are in cahoots too!
Many literary references to wind: Headwinds, "May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back", "The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit."
Biking is pretty satisfying, I'm personally more into jogging but I get that same runners high when I cycle, it just feels so good. Exercise doesn't solve everything, but damn does it help.
@@raymond_sycamore That's completely understandable tbh it's a lot of load on your legs compared to cycling. It could bite me in the future from doing it so often but damn do I enjoy it.
I think sharing your thoughts via UA-cam has really improved the quality of your life, thanks for sharing

If you have the wind at your back, you might be able to ride at the same speed and the the air would seem stationary.

My knees and feet just can't take running. It goes when you reach a certain age. Just not going to happen anymore.
