The voice actor for Gabriel in this is actually the same official one for the game. Dude actually just dubs shitpost vids and the like for fun, Maxor isn't even the first one he's done it for.

As you have no doubt been told the VA for Gabriel is the same both here and in the game. That being Gianni Matragrano you will also find him in other Max0r videos like the Metal Gear Rising pt 2 and Elden Ring.
Him actually voicing in this game just worked out great for both of them. Not to mention they are both very goofy people as Gianni did a stream of Ultrakill in character as Gabriel v-tuber style.

The voice actor Max0r used for Gabriel is the actual original voice actor in this game. "You insignificant f**k" was actually in the game. Gianni loves joining the memes and love of the community. Gianni even played Ultrakill on a stream in character as Gabriel playing it.
Overall, Ultrakill is about as crazy as Max0r portrays it. In fact the game can be on par to his editing. Especially the movement of the V2 fight. "The fight is editing itself!"
I believe Gianni has also stared in other recent Max0r videos.

Lol, also just noticed this, but the first layer of Hell "Limbo" is completely empty lol. Everyone else is either in the 2nd level "The Burning World" (which in my opinion, it's a joke referencing OUT current reality lol) or lower lol.
The first layer (limbo) includes the burning world and the first level does have enemies like 20 seconds into the level
