The problem of actually buying fanart is so real. So many times ive fell down the rabbit hole trying to buy merch from non English artist only to find out its someone else selling a bunch of stolen art.
So many Asian artists get their work stolen. SEA Artist? You have your work stolen. Chinese artist? Stolen as well. Korean or Japanese artist? Super stolen, I mean stolen from another person who was stealing your art levels of stolen. Same issue with Eastern European artists getting their work stolen a lot. Basically any artist who's primary language doesn't use the Latin Script gets their work stolen so easily because it's just harder to search for their name.
it's nice that jarvis considers the actual wearability of merch by not just plastering his name on the clothes and taking the time to ensure high quality and fashionable designs, thank you!

The trying my best sweatshirt actually looks so comfortable. I actually love when people don’t tie their merch SUPER closely to their channel, but just to the brand in a more general sense with like a log or something, cause then it can just be a neat sweatshirt to most and something other fans can recognize

He then started on a gym routine to drop 150 lbs before his wedding and documenting his progress online. I found a bootleg t-shirt site with the podcast merch, but it was labeled as "[listeners name] inspirational shirt" --- But the shirt didn't have his name on it, it was just the show logo which had the show name in it. They bootlegged the podcast merch and didn't even tag the name of the show they were ripping off.
As a cosplayer, that kind of thin, printed fabric with the last piece is the most annoying thing ever. It breaks so easily 😭 I adore your merch designs, so it's sad that bots can rip it off that easily.
I loved the colourblock merch but I'm also super into the new designs! I really like neutrals rn and this feels very comfy while also being sleek enough to wear out! I love the more subtle branding, well done Jarvis!

Wanna comment to say that while Google's reverse image search was great for finding the source of stolen art, Google Lens is so much better and has made my life helping moderate an art group so much easier. So for those wanting to support artists but are unsure if the merch uploaded is indeed being sold by the artist, Lens is a pretty useful tool! (Also of course, if you know the original artist already, they should link their store(s) somewhere themselves. But if you're just on a general hunt for unique pieces, Lens is a great tool)
I actually ordered the color blocked "Trying my best" shirt, and I waited for weeks for it. In the end apparently my order got caught in a warehouse fire and since it sold out they couldn't send me a replacement. Sad, but not mad. I got an interesting story out if it. lolll

Gotta say I really appreciate the subtlety of the artistic direction, rather than it being the classic “yOuTuBer mErCh” it really just seems like a high quality casual/streetwear brand. My roommate and I always longingly look at the merch website when there’s a release and talk about our favorite designs. The graphic design and photography game go so hard. We keep the tab open then don’t buy it because we’re students and can’t justify the purchase, but this year i pooled some money with friends to get the tricolor rugby style sweatshirt for her birthday. I have the TMB colorblock sweatshirt (and would love if you ever brought that line back so I could get the matching sweatpants!!) and it's easily one of the best pieces of outwear I own. Also my therapist complemented it once which I think is a glowing endorsement. Seriously, it's super comfortable and has a great weight to it. And the little :) on the sleeve delights me. I love that you keep your merch so accessible in terms of designs, one of my biggest hold ups when thinking about buying merch is I don’t want to just be wearing someone’s name or super specific logo all the time.

My roommate and I always longingly look at the merch website when there’s a release and talk about our favorite designs. The graphic design and photography game go so hard. We keep the tab open then don’t buy it because we’re students and can’t justify the purchase, but this year i pooled some money with friends to get the tricolor rugby style sweatshirt for her birthday. I’m so excited to give it to her! You know it’s a good gift when you’re jealous of it😂😂

I really love that Jarvis gets that people want to buy merch from people they enjoy, but not necessarily wear their actual name/brand. And that he doesn't mind people selling fan art stuff, that's just really kind (I hope if that Kevin art was stolen the artist now has seen it and can do something about it). Also 10/10 review 😂

I have the TMB colorblock sweatshirt (and would love if you ever brought that line back so I could get the matching sweatpants!!) and it's easily one of the best pieces of outwear I own. Also my therapist complemented it once which I think is a glowing endorsement. Seriously, it's super comfortable and has a great weight to it. And the little :) on the sleeve delights me.
