The mom's insistence that she's not alienating her children against the dad is completely negated when you see that she has one of the daughters SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO HER during this hearing. This should NEVER have been allowed.

As a kid of divorce. Parents have to love their children more than they Hate their ex.

So sad for the kids. The horror that came over their faces hearing the judge order parenting time with dad speaks VOLUMES about mom. Emotional damage is far beyond disturbing.

Why is that child in the room listening to this result. The mother in back ground pulling her hair out.
This is what shocked me too. Why are the kids allowed in there. You can see and hear when mom wants to talk, judge doesn't acknowledge her and then she is unmuting the mic so everyone can hear the girls screaming and making noise...it is beyond manipulative using the kids.

Why does the judge allow the children to be present during this hearing? Outrageous. This makes the judge appear to be quite ignorant.

My mom was great at this. Never saw my dad or meet him. I have a picture of him now. He looks like a nice gentleman. But I’ll never know. Thank you mom. All is forgiven Blessings Be
I'm sorry to know that you did not know your father. Never met him? Have you tried finding him?
It's nice to see a mother's feet being held to the fire. I have friends who divorced and they have no problem working together for the kids and not even needing a court order. I don't know why it has to be so difficult for some women to allow the children time with dad.

This can happen to anyone. The biggest mistake I ever made was letting my daughter go live with her Dad. Parental alienation is REAL. The absolute worst part is not the agony it's caused me but the psychological destruction it's done to my child. She is an adult and the damage done to her because of parental alienation has tainted every relationship she has. IT IS CHILD ABUSE. It is criminal
Thanks for sharing your experience here with everyone. It can happen to everyone, and the help available is still really rare inside the system. Do you think it would have helped you back then, to have somebody help you with useful advice that you could actually apply?
I'm crying reading this. I did the same. I thought if I didn't I would lose my son. 6mos later he stopped speaking to me. That was 2019.
@allifly7873 I haven't seen my children since their mom took off to another state with them. They were really young and she was a pathological liar so I can only imagine what she told them. 😢 That was 1992.
You are currently committing parental alienation right now and can't even see the hypocrisy in your statement. I think there is a reason why you were alienated.

I watched this case and the judge had it right. This woman was using mind control on the kids. Horrible !!!!

Well done mommy you have successfully raised two daughters who will spend the rest of their lives, screaming that they are "triggered", and they will never cope in the big wide world while they live with the egg donor!.

My parents divorced when I was 6, my dad was a cheater and he asked for a divorce. I was angry with my dad for years because he left and why he left. He left my mom heart broken so there were times when I didn’t want to see him or talk to him or have anything to do with him but my mom always encouraged me to have a relationship with him because she also had parents who divorced and her dad was never around. So despite how shifty my dad treated my mom throughout their whole relationship and marriage, she still always encouraged me to forgive him. We still have our issues but it’s a lot better now, especially now that he’s no longer with a jealous witch who didn’t want him to spend time with his kids. He’s got a new girlfriend and she’s a MAJOR upgrade.

She should lose custody for parental aliemation. Those are children, not tools to be used for her own benefits.

This scenario is absolutely imposible here in Spain. Saying the words "parental alienation" in a court is against the law. Parental alienation is a succesfull strategy here and the state/goverment makes sure it continues so.
In Spain (I know because I grew up there and many of my friends and family are still there), you have laws that discriminate men in horrible ways.
What a horrible mother. Her feelings for her ex husband have absolutely nothing to do with the children. ZERO. Children should not be used as a tool.

That's what I asked myself too.
I’m so blown away that a parent would allow a child to sit right next to her during the court, hearing first of all. She should be held in contempt for that. The only reason that mother had that child with her in the room was to instill more fear in the child. That mother should be in jail for that.
I think she should be in jail.

There are many kids who would do considerably better if dad had sole custody of them.

Unfortunately I never had this opportunity in court. But I do disagree with his belief in saying that a father hasn't loved the child enough if he didn't fight enough because I'm one of those fathers that did fight and hard as I could to be in my child's life but when you have an uneducated and racist as well as biased joke of a family court system in Lake George NY what are you supposed to do especially when it's costing you financially. Still till this day I continue to try and reach out to my child but still get nothing back.
Men who are good and fit fathers should not have to fight to see their kids.

The judge should not allow those children to be in the room with the mother while she's in court she deliberately called them in so that they would be a part of it and hear everything that's going on they shouldn't be involved in that

Why are the girls hearing this and their mother’s responses? They have no idea what she is saying/screaming and the girls are highly upset.

I have seen this happen and sadly the father said fuck it I don't care. He's your son just like you want. The child lost mother lied about the father and the father doesn't care.
Some fathers don't know how to deal with a high conflict ex who poisons the kids against them. They have no assistance, or help from somebody who can help them understand what is actually going on with his kids. It is not ok to walk out on your kids, but some fathers or mothers, don't know how to deal with a child who will tell them "I hate you" every day, and refuse to spend time with them.
What were the daughters doing in this hearing? Did you see them going crazy and crying after the judge said Mom was alienating them against Dad. I don't know if it'll ever be ok for the older girl. I wish more Judges would recognize that Mom's do this. How many Fathers just give up seeing their children because of this behavior? As far as I'm concerned this is one of the top abuses of children and should be treated as such.

All mothers are not the best for their children…I’ve watched this woman…I’ll always believe that the mother here tried her best to crucify the dad…even though he probably didn’t do everything right…but still think he’s a whole lot better than her. She was going to destroy him no matter what. She’s very harmful to her children. I bet she’s involved them in everything.
Of course, involving the kids in these matters is a typical strategy alienating parents use.

I have given the credit in the description, mentioning where I found the video. People share my content on social media all the time without me knowing, as long as they don't claim it's theirs, it's ok. If the original creator of the video wants to give me for information about this case, I will be very grateful because I have a few clients who actually asked me about it but I could not find it. There is no intention in stealing content, but in sharing it here. Many fathers and mothers need examples and to see with their own eyes, that actually some judges understand the problem.
