Don’t worry folks, the ST rebuild video is still coming on Monday as normal, this is just an extra video as I couldn’t resist reviewing a “miracle” product 👍🏻
I just bought some yet to try just watch a few videos before use. Funny thing my instructions do say to clean😶
@@zacharythebeau163 that is weird! Let me know what you think of it when you use it please. Would be good to hear what someone else thinks 👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds so just got a chance to try it, I had scratches (some deep) if you get close they are still visible smooth though, and you have to be house like inches from it knowing it was there. However in an amateur and I think for an armature kit it's great, but I have two applications and some are still visible. Though once waxed even more disappeared. I matches the paint though perfectly, mine was blue but looked black on the bottle. It's definitely better than and if the cheaper and even similar priced ones I've used though. Again I'm an amateur, so that doesn't mean much.
@@zacharythebeau163 thanks for your feedback dude, really appreciate it. Sounds like your findings were the same as mine, good enough to take your eye off the scratch/chip but visible if you get close enough 👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds yeah, I also have were it kind of has that metallic speckle look and the scratch was like the sides were were it was visible, but not the middle. I wonder if maybe if it's the nature of that type of paint, and if on a solid color paint it would look better? I don't have another car to find out though, or at least one I care about enough.
I just purchased a kit for my white crystal gold 2006 Lexus SC 430. My kit has 2 pots of paint, but also a lil pot of pearl layer. I did find it interesting your kit didn’t, but I understand this vid is 2 years old. So, I used it this past weekend. I had a few rock chips and one deep scratch. The rock chips are gone can’t tell they were ever there. The deep scratch was trial and error. After a few tries I let it sit for 10 mins before I used blending solution. Then I applied the pearl layer and let that sit before blending. For at home paint repair it’s actually okay. I’m going to order a kit for my RX.
Cool, that’s great news, they must have upped their game with the Pearl top coat 👍🏻. Glad it worked well for you 😃
First, the video is great, you did an assume job. So, I purchased the system and have to say I was a little disappointed. The touch-up paint in the chip/scratch dries dull after blending. I emailed the paint2fix company and they said you have to wipe around the fill-in and not directly on the chip/scratch repair. So I used the touch-up paint as a fill, dry, sand, and buff. It came out looking acceptable. The color match was good.
Thanks for the feedback. I was only impressed with the very small stone chip repairs, I struggled as well to get anything larger than a pin head to look good. It’s good that your colour match turned out well as mine was the wrong type of paint for the car (car was molten orange metallic, and they sent me a base red as it’s “match”🙄)
Glad it turned out well in the end and apologies if anything in the video was misleading, it wasn’t meant to be!
Used this on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Quartz white pearlescent... way cheaper than going to repair shop at $800. Car looks much better!! Filled in a golf ball sized circle from where the paint just fell off from a bad batch of paint that year and Hyundai won't recall it.. So far soo good!!
Great news! Glad it worked out for you 👍🏻
I think if you do thin multiple layers it'll make things better. Great video!!!!
@@hty56789 thank you, appreciate that! Yeah, that might work better than the way I did it, it’s more the colour matching that was way way off, a solid red that was meant to match a metallic orange was never going to work 😂
But if you had a standard paint colour then it would have been a better result I think 👍🏻
It would be interesting to see how the kit works with proper colour matched paint bought from a local motor factors etc.
yeah agreed. i have ford grey paint for the RS that i touched up a couple of small chips with when i bought the car. plan is to give it a try in the spring/summer on the RS to see how it does :)
i got the proper color paint match :-(
That was a great and clearly honest review, thanks.
@@1983saulomoreira 👍🏻 you’re very welcome! Thanks for watching 😃
Well,I just bought the set for 36 Euro and then watched the video(because it's in the papers I got the set with).......... right now I have low expectations, but I will try it
Well I thought that this was very interesting here about using this product for stone chips on a car, I understand what you said about the price and it is quite a good price. But I have been watching other UA-cam videos and found out that you can buy other products similar to the one you were using here but a lot cheaper in the long run here. Keep the videos coming as I really love watching them just now thanks.
That’s good to know about the pricing, thanks. To be honest, I’m not sure if I would recommend this product. I see the idea behind it, but don’t think it delivers what it promises! Worth reviewing though so people can make their own judgement before they buy 👍🏻
have this and not really impressed, but not disappointed either. directions actually say to wipe area with blending solution first before the touchup. what i have found is either the paint takes longer to dry and/or too much pressure with blending solution will pull paint right back out of the scratch. I only bought because I was having hard time finding touchup for my car and it was cheaper than a small pen......and I have a sizable chip that I actually need to build up and from previous experience a pen doesn't really do that very well. The kit (I ordered the pro since it was only $10 more for twice as much paint) actually works pretty well for building up and filling in the chip....better than filling in the 2 small scratches I also need to repair.
Thanks for the feedback dude, really appreciate it! Yeah I thought the same thing, wasn’t impressed but wasn’t disappointed at the same time. I’m plannning to try the blend solution with the proper RS grey on my RS at some point this year and see how it works out👍🏻
I agree ...I'm doing a couple of scratches at the moment ...I'm going to try and rub it very gently ...leave a bit of paint in the scratch and let it dry for 24 hrs and do it again ....
@@johnswan6811 cool, let me know how you get on with it 👍🏻😃
But did u notice they also say to use the solution if you mess up to get it off so maybe when blending it if you blend too much that’s why it’s coming back? Idk
Yeah quite possibly! I think one this it lacks is an ability/tool to scuff the scratch so the paint sticks more effectively 👍🏻
Sooo mine was supposed to arrive today was super excited but it’s already 8pm and I got nada. :(. Do u think u can just keep adding layers to fill in chips or deeper scratches? Omg I fixed my glove box this weekend like a boss I have pics.
@@ChristinaMichelle7 dang that’s annoying! Did it arrive today?
Yeah you can layer it if it’s a deep scratch, just remember to let the paint dry between layers!
Good job on the glovebox! Always great when you can fix stuff yourself 😃👍🏻
Great video, never seen it for sale, it must a kind of mild thinners to be able to soften the paint, plus there's no lacquer.
Yeah, the “blending solution” smells like window cleaner 😂. Not worth buying in my opinion as it doesn’t “remove the chip” it just hides it a bit
Reckon a touch up pen, or decanted correct colour paint out of a rattle can and a kids paint brush would give you at least as good if not better results for a tenth of the price. Maybe I'm just a tight Aberdonian but seems a bit of a rip off, it costs a lot so it must be good kind of marketing. Thanks for the review 🙂
Yeah totally agree dude. I only bought it to as I watched the ad they made for the product and didn’t believe there was such an unbelievable product on the market, turns out the only thing that was unbelievable was how well the editor was 😂
Letting the paint sit for an hour plus prevents peeling it off w/ blending solution.. You get a bit more forgiveness with the paint stripping off the chip from rubbing.
Cool, thanks for the tip👍🏻, but surely after an hour the paint would be well on the way to curing fully?
I just used this kit on my black Chrysler 300C to repair a door dent and scrape. The paint dried flat and the blending solution started removing the touch up paint. The instructions were limited and the blending solution with the small block and fabric is suppose to remove extra paint that you will likely get on the paint around the scratch. No drying time is given before using the blending solution. Basically i started removing paint from the scratches. I tried a second time letting the paint dry 20 minutes. The solution a cloth removed most of the extra paint outside the scratches, but the new paint was dull even after applying the included wax. It seems the jagged edges needed to be lightly sanded given a more blended finish from the body paint and touch-up paint plus I'm thinking I'll apply a second coat even though it's not mentioned on the instructions. It's better, but not what I expected since the touch up paint is dull. Maybe a second coat will fill the scratches better. Not terrible, but not great. Better than having door scratches especially at a distance. I try a better rubbing compound then wax the area hoping for a matching shine.
Yup, that’s pretty much my experience as well, the paint supplied was apparently a match for the car, but was a base red colour and my car was a metallic orange “Ford molten orange”, so was never going to be 100% no matter how good a jog I did.
Thanks for the feedback 👍🏻
Did it shine after applying the rubbing compound?
Your “blending solution” is blue but mine was clear like water, I gave it a smell and it smelt exactly like windex (window cleaner) after seeing yours is the exact same blue as windex, I’m also certain it’s just windex now 😂🧐
😂😂, yeah I’m convinced it was windex too 👍🏻
Bought this through their website for my Rogue and was disappointed to find that the paint isn't an exact match. They sent a white paint and then a smaller, separate bottle that you have to use to get the pearlescent. Nowhere on their site or on here do they mention this extra step to get your colour match. They say they will send you your exact colour match paint. Even in the contents of what you will receive they don't mention this separate bottle and step.
Yeah pretty rubbish isn’t it! You’re lucky, I didn’t even get a separate bottle for the metallic, just a flat red for an orange metallic paint lol. Thanks for the feedback 👍🏻
I think the deeper scratches can be done with a filler first then with the colour and after that it's not even visible
Maybe do a couple of coats before the rubbing think it might be better
yeah i'll give that a try next time. i have proper grey touch up for the RS, so plan in the spring/summer is to use proper touch up paint and the "blending solution" on the RS and see if it works better :)
It needed another coat or two of paint to build up evenly. It might look like a better blend then.
Yeah tried that on a scratch that was on the back off camera, it did do a slightly better job but because the “paint match” wasn’t metallic like the original paint it will never look exact, which is a shame as it could have had good potential as a scratch repair product if they took a little more time to send the correct paint colours 👍🏻
Good review, cheers ma man. 🏴😎🍻 Got this kit for my Ford Raptor, will get to it soon. Just spent a week and a half in the car port in the glorious Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪 summer servicing and detailing the car. Need a rest now!🔥🫠😅 Very hot and humid at the moment, not ideal curing conditions.
Got a couple of scratches that are through the top coat, couple of stone chips and wear on the paint with the previous owners knocking the suicide doors together. Going for the good at a swatch and costing less than £1500 quid at Ford’s body shop option. They do knock out excellent work, some flawless touch ups on the Mrs Ford Edge. Did a paintless dent repair on the truck and a machine cut polish, looked mint. Not cheap but the void between them and the back street garages here is a minefield.
Truck is used for carting bikes and going into the the desert off-roading and camping. Doesn’t need to look flawless, just nice.
Colour is tuxedo black which is a common colour, should be ok… 🤞Molten orange was used on the first of the Raptors and also the new Ranger Raptor. It’s a Ford Racing special colour.
My experience of touch ups goes back to doing stone chips on my Vauxhall Corsa with the Holts 3pc primer, paint and lacquer kits… expectations are set accordingly. 😅 Time and patience it’ll look ok at a swatch. Not the back of the Haynes Manual job like you eluded to with the chip on the bonnet. 😁
Will see how it goes and update here. Thanks for sharing. 😎👌
No worries, thanks for watching! Is the truck a metallic black? As I remember that the “colour match” paint was a flat red, which looked ok for small chips, but looked horrendous when trying to repair bigger scratches as the colour difference was massive 👍🏻.
Lol, yeah, def don’t set your expectations high and you should b good 😂
@@DaveRebuilds aye, it’s a metallic black. 😮💨🫠😅 comes as a nifty wee pack with all the stuff… if we can get rid of the white of the undercoat without bad overlap of the paint, will be happy. Failing that I’ve got a mate that’s handy with a spray gun and has leftover tuxedo black from doing the bumper on his Ford Explorer if it goes Pete Tong. 🤞😂
@@Mineratron lol, good stuff! Always handy knowing someone with a spray gun!! It’s something I’ve always wanted to b good at but just don’t have the right setup to do a decent paint job justice 😂 (at least that’s my excuse lol)
Yes lad but like you mentioned it’s not an exact match. It would work better if it was matching
100%!
I have a tiny scratch above my windshield in the corner on my ford bronco. Going to try this kit.
Hope it goes ok 👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds me too! Its not a deep scratch but enough that compound won’t take it out.
@@thirteenthgrade508 let me know how you get on please? I’m always curious if people have better results than I managed 👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds didn’t work well for me. My scratch is not deep but it’s very hard to put the paint on without taking it off
@@thirteenthgrade508 yeah that’s exactly what I found as well. U have to let it dry (or use a hair dryer) so it’s a lot more solid before trying to remove the excess! Definitely not like in the advert lol
Colour match lol... Ford sell a touch up pen cheaper than that kit, also with all kits you have to make multiple applications and build it up. Informative video thank you.
Yeah colour match indeed lol, I saw an ad on YT from them and couldn’t believe what I saw, so thought it would make useful content for potential buyers to actually see what it does/can do 👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds I would have also, send it back and if they complain point them to your video.. you’ll get a refund 🤣
@@everydaysalvage lol that’s a good point! 😂👍🏻
I think it's priced fair and done an OK job
Yeah to be fair, it did an OK job and is priced fairly. If you watch the YT video from Paint2fix, it looks like a perfect respray the way they have shot the footage which isn’t a true representation of what it does so thought I’d do the video just to find out what it can do, and how inaccurate the YT ad is 👍🏻
I drive a white 2018 honda civic ex-l. The previous owner delivered pizzas for sure. You could see all the scratches from the sign being put on the roof. 1 was 6 inches long. All are gone like they never happened. Excellent coverage. The stone chips... not so much. Going to try again on those. Maybe a longer dry time.
Good stuff, thanks for the feedback! Is it a metallic white car or a flat white?
@@DaveRebuilds its taffeta white. A basic flat white.
@@alexmadl1378 cool. Glad it worked for you dude 👍🏻
I tried a double, and a triple coat. I let it dry long. Every stone chip still shows. It just comes off every time I rub the block. I cant say I'm unsatisfied at all as the scratches are gone.
@@alexmadl1378 try rigging up the stone chips with a tiny bit of sandpaper to make the edges a bit rougher, it helped a bit with some of my stone chips but a few of mine still remained after, same as yours 👍🏻
grate video keep these st video's come i am getting more and more inspiration and now it does not seem like a bad idea to get one of these projects to do now i have watched these video
You’re welcome! And yeah, will keep them coming 😃👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds your welcome
thanks but you did not use the wax. i would think that would raise the low spot and make it smooth. Again thanks
Hi, the wax would raise the low spot, but not permanently, you need to fill the gap with more paint for it to be permanent 👍🏻
I think if you touched up with primer first, it would come out better and more level. Not bad though.
True, not sure why they didn’t add primer in the kit, would certainly make the paint stick for longer than I think it’s likely going to 😂
I have a black tundra with some bare metal scratches which prime do u recommend so i can touch it up before i add the paint? And that helps with rust forming
Good Review, probably good enough for some but not all people.
Yeah agreed! It’s not bad but not great
waiste of money... once you open it, You can no longer use it , the pearl part dry like a Rock,, besides it is hand to make it work, many tries could not get it Right.
Yup, totally agree! Although I didn’t even get a pearl/metallic when I ordered, it was a solid colour even tho I ordered for metallic paint 🙄
Well so this is where Duncan Bannatyne ended up after the dragons den ,,, love your videos keep them coming lol , I think the only way you would see them up close is if you had been run over by the car , stay safe and take care
Lol first time I’ve been called Duncan bannatyne 😂, thanks for the kind words, really
Appreciate it 😃👍🏻
Just go your local professional car paint supplier. They're helpful, will mix the right colour and sell you the wet and dry, & panel wipe. I bet it comes to less than £33
Totally agree! I was just curious to see what it was actually like to use, not what the ad I saw claimed it could lol.
I used it on my Nissan Z, you can have great results if you know what you're doing
Cool, good to know! Did the paint in the pot match your paint colour exactly?
Is not 5 minute dry , more like 20 minutes!
@@mariomeyer9653 depends on the ambient air temp and how much you apply each time I’ve found dude
@@DaveRebuilds yes, i went into the hardware store with a picture of my paint and chose the closet one it's pretty dead on

Another great video mate but as my car is 4 weeks old I don't think I'll be needing this any time soon lol
Thanks dude. Tbh, if ur car ever needs a touch up, I wouldn’t use this, the paint “match” was well out 👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds hi mate there a sale on ez car care till 10pm tonight use EZ50 at checkout if your interested mate
@@richardsarcheryreviews I’ll take a look right now, thanks dude 👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds did you get anything mate
@@richardsarcheryreviews I did mate yeah, got a custom bucket reduced from £174 to £74! I’m going to try contact their sales team and see if they will give you guys a discount if I review their products when I come to detail the fiesta 👍🏻
With regards colour, when you get up close and personal I can see the orange flake in the paint I was convinced it was red in last film. Does the car have grey Recaros or do they have Red/Orange in them. I always thought the coloured ones cheapened the look of the car.
Yeah it looks red until you get super close or the sun hits it 👍🏻. The seats are grey recaros, super comfy seats 😃
Do you think it would be a valuable kit if you bought the official touch up paint from the manufacturer, and you used their brushes to apply it and buffing solution and cloth to smooth it off, or does it start to look exorbitantly expensive for what it offers in that scenario?
Well as it happens, I have Ford grey touch up for the RS, so in the spring when it warms up a bit, I’ll be testing out just that 👍🏻, I’ll put it in a video somewhere as an update! I think it will work really well, but yeah, it would be crazy expensive lol
I tried in my Audi ttrs 2018 ara blue pearl, the color of the paint looks exactly the same but even following the instructions I'm not getting good result, there is only one good thing, the small white holes created by rocks they have now the same color of the car and are less visible, but all the scratch are still there. I want specify I repeat the process different times as wrote on the instructions and nothing change.
Yeah I had a similar result! I wasn’t overly impressed, but several people have said it’s good, they must have read different instruction as the ones I read don’t give good results
Better than nothing, but if you can go to a good paint shop for a perfect job, I have tried and tried it again
yeah i agree, better than nothing, but not by much lol
would the mark on the bonnet not be better if a primer, undercoat was brushed on first to lighten it up?
Yeah possibly, I’m actually Surprised they didn’t supply a primer pot with it as paint sticks far better if it’s got some primer under it, but was just following the instructions to the letter 👍🏻
This product is something I’ve never seen before, after watching this review, my opinion is that, like a lot of products out there, the theory sounds amazing, however in practice they tend to fall short of the expected results.
Yup, Well summarised! If you watch the YT video by the manufacturer, it looks like a miracle scratch remover so I had to see for myself how great their editor is, turns out he or she is really good 😂👍🏻
Thanks for the video my dude.
😃👍🏻
Just ordered original paint from the dealership
Much better idea 😃👍🏻
Think I will stick to a touch up pen although be interested to know what it is the blending liquid
Yeah I’d agree! The blending liquid smelt so much like window cleaner it was crazy. I’m part tempted to try the same thing with window cleaner just to see if it works lol
Please do!
Thanks dude, seems a lot of money for something thats the wrong colour! A touch up pen from ford would be better surely?
Yup absolutely agree! The blending solution stuff was kind of cool in that it removed the excess, but other than that, it’s a bit of a waste of money 👍🏻, I like to do reviews of products that I don’t believe the ads for lol
@@DaveRebuilds I totally get it, see if they can back up their bullshit! 😉👍
I was curious so I put a buffing compound on it. It stayed. Nutts.
Put a compound on the repainted bit and it stayed? That’s good is it not?
@@DaveRebuilds yes, and no. Scratches that had none of this buffed, and scratches I applied this to didnt. It's great that it holds, but I should've bought the buffer THEN did this. I'm going to try the blending solution to remove it, buff, then retouch. That should get the rock chips to cover well.
@@alexmadl1378 awesome info! Thanks dude 👍🏻
The kit only works if you use the right hand to apply paint.
😂😂👍🏻
Not bad, reasonable fix, but my usual £6/£7 touch ups aren't too bad and also do a reasonable fix!
I can't see a pack sitting on my garage shelf at £35!
Yeah totally agree! I unfortunately saw the YT videos from the company that make it and couldn’t believe what they said it could do so had to try it for myself so people can see the real world application of it not just a very heavily edited video like theirs 😂👍🏻
Great content, great channel!
Thank you dude 👍🏻
The blending solution actually seemed to work alright. Your just fighting a losing battle as it's the wrong colour 😂 Be interesting to see the results on a your RS with the correct colour.
Yeah that’s one of the plans for spring time is to try it on the RS 👍🏻😃
thank you
Thanks mate
You’re welcome 😃👍🏻
I think your supposed to use the wax to fill the cracks in
Really? The paint wouldn’t stick to it tho?! I’ll give it a try and c what happens 😃👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds hmm maybe try Bondo then, I'd like to see how the wax functions tho, good luck.
@@Gstar5150 👍🏻
I think that product would work best on scratches as chips might be too deep and may require some type of filler.
totally agree with that! it's def no good at fixing chips and even deep scratches were too much for it to look good once done
I bought the kit but it was a waste of money. Colour did not match despite colour code.
Yeah I had the same experience. Worked “ok” on the tiny rock chips but anything else it was obviously the wrong colour!
Meh, I guess it's OK if Ford don't sell touch up sticks any more?
They do, I have one for the RS. I just wanted to see if the YT ad was as good as it claimed to be, turns out it’s not but wanted to share so that others know what to actually expect 👍🏻

Thanks for this. May have saved me some money.
Have a red fiesta with a 1 meter thin scratch down to the primer. Also a focus in desert island blue with stone chips.
The adverts looked really good for this.
Unsure what would be the best solution now as I wonder how I would smooth off the finish with just a touch up pen?
No worries, glad I could help! Do you follow chrisfix on UA-cam? If so, he did a video a few weeks ago on how to fix a scratch, really good video and very informative, check it out if you have time 😃👍🏻

Bro. At least read the instructions before you review a product... You ignored a pretty important step - the plastic card that you tossed aside at the beginning - it is for deep chips/scratches. Try again.
I did read the instruction and they said nothing like that! Have you used it? If so, did it work?
@@DaveRebuilds yes it works better than any other common touch up - if you follow the instructions. You missed the part where you immediately swipe chips after putting the paint on - this is pretty important if you expect the paint to stick.

@@alexmadl1378 cool. Let me know how it goes and what you think of it 👍🏻
@@alexmadl1378 did the paint get removed in the car wash?
@@Adrian.055 it held up great to the auto wash. The sprayer kind. I haven't tried the ones with the cloth spinners that touch your car.
There is 0 difference in the touch up paint and your cars color. Absolutely 0 difference.
There is, it just doesn’t show thru a camera lens. The touch up was a non metallic red, the car is a metallic Ford colour call molten orange
Not convinced with that product mate, bit nice try
Totally agree dude, I’m not convinced by it at all. But I wanted to review it as the YT ad I saw for it from the company themselves just looked too good to be true, turns out I was right lol. At least anyone who watches this video isn’t going to expect a miracle if they buy this stuff 👍🏻
Great content thanks for sharing
Thanks for the advice. Not for me though.
Totally agree, not for me either but I like to try these thing s and give an honest review so people know what they are getting 😃👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds That saves us wasting our money. Thanks.
Awful paint match. Bought for a 2023 bmw m2. Zandoorf blue. Color turns out purple… terrible match
Yup, unless you have a standard colour, the match is awful!
The fiesta I tried it on was Ford “molten orange” and I got sent a base red with no metallic 🙄
it STripped the paint on my car when I used it~
Really? Sorry to hear that, I assume it was the “blending solution” that caused the paint to strip off?
@@DaveRebuilds yes when I went to blend it took the paint off around it 😕 I was annoyed I got a 2023 car
@@WitchyJessy ugh sorry to hear that, but it sounds like (and I’m no expert, nor did I see the damage) but sounds like the paint was defective as that shouldn’t happen. Their “blending solution” isn’t strong enough to do that kind of damage to factory paint. But like I say, definitely not a professional so could be completely wrong as I’m not a fan of this product anyway so certainly don’t want to b seen to defend it lol
@@DaveRebuilds I have no clue I emailed them and they were like its, not our fault it's the Factory's fault... I will just leave it unblended it drives me crazy when I see it but it's better than risking rust where the paint has been taken off... I just wanted to post this as a heads-up to anyone who thinks about buying it even after watching your review!
@@WitchyJessy thank you, I appreciate that! I’m shocked that they didn’t offer to help in some way, but at the same time, not shocked lol. Might be worth going to get a quote to get it professionally repaired? If it’s not a big scratch, it’s may be less than $200 to get it looking like new again 👍🏻
lol. "super up close you can tell a mile off".
Read some horror stories of it ruining paint jobs. Didn't seem to be an issue for you. Thx.
Really? Was it the “blending solution” that caused the issue? Yeah worked as described for me, don’t plan to use it again though lol
@@DaveRebuilds I ordered a kit, but it's cheap enough. More worried about the value of the car than that $30. What company would you use?
@@DaveRebuilds Yes. They all said it was the blending solution that ruined the paint.
@@davidfordyoyoguy that’s awful! Thankfully that didn’t happen to me this time but I’ll for sure not use it again now that I know that 👍🏻, thanks for the advice dude 😃
@@davidfordyoyoguy what company would I use for repairing a deep scratch? I have a local paint shop that do a pretty good job so I’d use them if I couldn’t machine polish it out, it would be more expensive than £30 though 😂👍🏻
What a rip-off ! Wouldn't waste my money on that !
Totally agree dude! But if u watch the video that the company have on YT of their product it looks like a wonder cure, so thought I’d test it out! Turns out that only thing that was wonderful was the editing of their video lol
A crappy product. It doesn't work as intended.
Totally agree!!
No recommendable
Totall agree
was looking at getting one of these for my saxo but nvm lmao
Lol yeah I wouldn’t 😂👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds prolly get a respray instead, my bonnet is chipped to death...as evident by the VTR badge on the side xD
@@CobnutVTS lol, or u could get a wrap?
@@DaveRebuilds was thinking about it but i like polishing my car as i detail cars for a living and wet sanding etc and after a year or two the wrap would prolly get swirled and damaged and idk if in the end it would be cheaper to respray the bonnet
@@CobnutVTS yeah good point dude, respray all the way 😃👍🏻
👍👏👏
Thanks dude
