Hi my name's tony gollop from New zealand.i polish wheels etc in new Zealand I've done it for 40 years.show bikes cars racecars cars etc . Well done I've enjoyed you're video
Does it take a while to get the buffing wheel to get broke in? I’m new to this and mine feels very stiff and when I apply rouge it doesn’t seem to apply evenly to the wheel. I’m using a yellow airway wheel:
Yes it takes a few minutes at first it will seem like rouge wont stick to the wheel and all you do is scratch. Before to apply anything to your wheel rake it just a couple of revolutions will give the wheel a rough almost tattered edge and go from there. But yes new wheels suck
okay it looks like you are using variable speed buffers with wheels that are pretty damn fluffy or has a lot of the threads out. How does the polish hold up in colder temps?
We have a lot of polishers that prefer the denser wheels, it all depends on personal preference. We also have a lot of shops and polishers located in very cold regions, the polish holds up in all working temperatures!
Not at all Garrett, we are always innovating and improving upon all of our compounds and buffing wheels. That's what has made us #1 and we plan on staying there. We always appreciate the professional comments from our friends over at renegade, thank you.

Very good worker
is that blue truck a show truck or is that someones active rig?
It's a working truck, 250 days a year, he takes good care of his equipment. Working trucks don't have to look like junk

Hey Kevin what RPM are you using with the Show Shine finishing wheel?
Bad ass indeed.

Frederick Williams it holds up good. I'm from Wisconsin and use fluffy wheels a lot. The pick off the aluminum and seals the pores tight
I need thats disc SHINee
I'm a polisher I wish I could get my hands on zephyr products here in Canada
you can, at least in Hamilton you can, not all these type of wheels tho
go to DC supershine, he has the product on his site.Cornwall Ont.
how do remove clear coat first
Not every wheel has coating, 90% DON'T. Unless your wheels specially say DURABRITE, they are not coated. If they are coated, you have to sand them
lixando
Never did show the 9227 in action
how much would... you charge me to do ..just the wheels.. and.. the ..150 gallon ...tank
Did you sand?
blue compond ,,,, did you say?

Michael Harvey think he spoke about that in another vid. I wanna say slow around 1600-2200 rpm hmm
I wonder if you could sharpen a knife with this
