Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do:
► 20 sec jumping jacks
► 20 sec squats
► 20 sec lunges
► do twice
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount! I personally do 12 reps or below each time, so try to keep it under 12 reps everytime.

I met a gang in L.A. it was called S.O.S. sons of samoa they were all actually gentle with me and my children. But I wouldn't want to mess with them they were all huge and scrappers!!!! God bless samoa! Also the samoan ppl they were nothing but gentleman to me and my children! 👍👍

I lived in Ululoloa, a village right by the Tuanaimato Complex where you were working out by the Olympic House. Just goes to show you don’t need the best equipment or the best supplements or the best coaches, or shit even the best environment to be the best at what you wanna do. It’s simply just hard work and how bad you wanna it. Working labor jobs and lifting and training 3 times a day
Three times a day? Maybe if you only attack one musclegroup per training session then, otherwise you will most certainly overtrain yourself. ( not hating, just looking out for a fellow bro ).
@Michael Brown I don't know much about olympic lifting, three times a day does seem like a lot tough.
Those Jerk Blocks/Squat Racks are pretty expensive though!
Most Oly lifters I know, train 3-4 days a week.
