“sleep is definitely one of the most underrated things when it comes to an athletes performance and training”
me at 4 in the morning : 👀 “shii”
yet he goes on and says i wont train a guy unless hes had 5 or 4 hours of sleep.. wtf?
Se xe.

@@dheclipse9686 because of how important it is
@@dheclipse9686 he said he won't train them if they had less 4 or 5 hours of sleep
I like how he dont let an athlete train with not enough sleep. Sleep is so important guys.
I'm sure they'll survive...
4-5 hours isnt much lol
Kobe went on 3-4 hours of sleep every night, whenever he’s not sleeping he’s training
I don't know how some dudes don't get sleep though. When I'm training and training hard. I need at least 7- 8 hours of sleep
Friendly neighborhood Crisis actor it’s enough when your eating food that was made for humans to consume, and drinking a gallon of clean water everyday....
“Man I could do that” *grabs handful of chips and sips Mountain Dew
"Same here man" *proceeds to shovel down a half gallon of häagen-dazs
Chriz Von Bell what is that

It sucks to see keanu working so hard out there just to have that devastating injury week 1
Adam Baltaxe keanu wasn’t in this video
Dan quin fault he got hurt then he put him on the field smfh
kay kay yes he was he was the guy in the black shirt with brown spots
that don't rlly look like him
Lol that’s not Keanu nor is that Vic Beasley
This makes me want to train for football now
Do it bro your body will reward you
@Eternal Blood. That's sad
Obito oof, footballs are expensive
I believe in u g!
Just go and run. I run to get away from dumb-as% people.
They're right that sleep is critical to sustained high performance practices. I trained and failed to make a D1 T&F team for three years. The summer before, I ensured that I slept at least 9 hours per night and the following season I made the team. My training didn't change much, it was the extra sleep helping me perform at a high level day in and day out building up to making it.
Facts bro, if you get 8 hours+ every night it makes a difference
Amazing how running on the beach can make u an NFL player. Also the secret is lateral drills and tennis balls. I’m gonna go workout on the beach, see me in the NFL next season boys!
mymixtapez.com/a/182646 FOOTBALL TURNUP OF THE YEAR !!!
Ram Vision good luck to u!
lol dude if you can even run more than half a mile in sand then I'll straight up match your signing bonus lol
Ram Vision I’ll remember this comment
Ur stupid
Those cyro machines look like hyperbolic Time chambers on dbz
Life imitating art 👌💯
Look more like Cryo pods from Fallout 4
Really feel the need to wear a gold chain while training shirtless lol
I will never understand lol
You gotta look good to perform good.
Mike Wayne people that said “look good play good” are usually the weak minded people lol
LaLLUMINATI na , weak minded folk tend to worry about others
looking good is feeling good
Awesome workouts I just got uncomfortable seeing the socks on the sand.
Jason Carillo I think it is because the sand can be really hot and be uncomfortable for players who aren’t used to it
Those aren’t regular socks lol
Jason Carillo the way they workout are nothing compare to a rugby training. no wonder y they unfit. honestly this is nothing .
kdina kdina Unfit? Are you crazy? xD Maybe rugby is harder but also less people watch it so think about it ;)
Der Lucas maybe because the countries that play it only have like 10-20 mill people. (Nz has only 4million people n they’re best in the world) & America has nearly 400million ;-)
Hard WORK! No Shortcuts! Respect to Jamal Liggin!
Hard work pays off can’t wait till I’m at this level and good luck to anyone tryna get to the nfl and anything else they wanna achieve
Killin it!!
Bringing the best out us All !! An Amazing example of , Proper team / coaching work!!
Sickness
Julio been doing the tennis ball drill since high school
Ikr NFL has an video of him doing it
"I dont train guys who have less than 4 hours of sleep", well tell that to the army.
I like how this is how greatness and legends are born
I remember being on the bench just playing around it's a workout in amongst it's self
They put it in work this is a very motivational video
Thanks for this
I love creative training strategies. Great.
Great video!
Tennis Players have been doing that tennis ball drill for hand-eye coordination with volleys since forever ago from like the 80’s

Great video
ive been mastering in sleep the last years... feeling great
4-5 hours of sleep. Who can live with that?!?
I love it
I can’t sleep more than 5 hours at a time most of the time and then occasionally I sleep for 10
throwthejavelin368 I get 3 hours a day and I still wake up and run a mile and train throughout the day
If you every experienced MCT you'd realize that 5 hours is very fortunate to have of sleep
@@jamescharles6611 Definitely not true.
Good stuff
That was awesome
This puts the deveststion of a season-long injury into perspective
“People think they can just go beast mode and outwork the sleep component.” I guess the guy never heard of Lawrence Taylor
Well he played in a different era where recovery wasn’t viewed as important as it is now
Yo that was lit. All those people went sicko mode!
That looks so fun
I'll see Odell & Julio at that training facility & will be training with them in about 2 or 3 years, no joke!
Thanks, man. I really needed a laugh today.
Tom Daughtrey lmfaooooo
Be there soon 💪🏾😤🙏🏾
You heard of that gym In ARLINGTON TEXAS, CALLED POWERHOUSE PROSTYLE TRAINING
I wish I could have this training

This randomly came into my recommended and I found it funny because my friend Obed actually works for JLT. I didnt know they trained NFL but then again i dont know much about the company lol
Lol AB been doing these workouts in the sand.
so has lots of football players since 2000 lol whats ur point?
@@mitchellpavlicek4818 The same yours is. These workouts ain't nothing new or special.
I was thinking the same thing. Players have been doing this for 20 plus years
@@uzuvert7542 well actually they are. That's how athletes can improve their agility, footwork, hand-eye coordination, strength and endurance, those are very important components on what makes an athlete. It's state of the art equipment and advanced training. It's a little special, because it's professional training, which is the highest level of training as far as an athlete
Sop him up more 😩
Hopefully i get to this level💪
Hard work and goal setting. Keep doing your thing!!!
This is so smart. That's how Bolt says he practices and is so quick too on the sand so he's faster on the track.
Great job would love to talk to you sometime because I am a fellow strength and conditioning specialist
So many citations desperately needed.
I wonder if there has/have been any athletes who love only hard training and hate games. I think a series of hard trainings may make you develop much stress out of fear or heavy load, which is essential though. You are expected to be tough and be able to play in the game with less load (?) and more control. .....
i acctully learned some things just by watching JLT thats how you know its one of the best out there if not the best wish i can join rn D:
#never give up
Julio outshines every one!
Dude this is sick
Agreed. We do some similar stuff but want to get out in different elements more.
@4:28 eagle eye my mans been shot b4 n main dude had some trauma in his face right eye..just an observation but GREAT VID good stuff they got going on
For those who are wondering why train on the beach,
Training at the beach on sand presents a higher intensity of training on its own! Without the ground friction that enables you to propel or accelerate yourself in any direction, you're already at a disadvantage since now you have to work that much harder just to push off the sand without compromising your body mechanics too much. On top of that, now if you throw in exercises to work on sports-specific skills which require constant changes in directions, you're really pushing yourself to another level of training.
But the reason why training on sand becomes so useful, is now when you put these athletes back on a smooth or level playing surface, they will be that much more quicker and responsive to stimuli.
Now it's time to start a school on being humble for these nfl players.
Good trainer
Do they do this during the season or only the off season?
Mortal training Julio Jones
This is what separates good players from bad players. Some players get in the NFL and become super rich and lazy and only work out in the gym. Others do tons of hardcore work and things like practicing on the beach. One of the best running backs gale sayers would run up hills and hiking trails. Also smart players do yoga
the smartest would do kundalini yoga. :)
Walter Payton ran up hills and hiking trails.
Tom brady
Damn, I can't wait for this kind of training. I never tried cryotherapy too so that looks cool😁😁
You'll never have this kind of training so
@@michaeltrobinson729 you don't know that
I prob. will have a training like that so...🤐🤐
The same as an ice bath but faster.
In high school football we went to the beach and did stuff like this for a day
Julio is a straight up beast
Sometimes when u watch the average nfl player its easy to forget, that he is still a superhuman by our standards
It's very beautiful wouaouh great job!!!!!💥💥💥👌🤞👏🤝🇺🇸🤑🤑
Tennis Player 🎾 + Training with Footballs 🏈 = next Tennis Champion 🏆 🤔
When did Landon Donovan start at Nike?!?! X-)
"It scans the body internally and helps break up any cells that are conjoined together"

Doctor here, if your cells ain't joined together, then you is very dead
God bless you all
Literally when u was watching this I thought I was watching a motivational video for sleep
3:14 DAT SLAP
*_John 3.16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”_*
_Jesus Christ loves you. Repent and be saved. Only Jesus Christ saves. God bless you, and the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you and your family...._

When we see those 180 spin catch with 1 hand while in the air then coming down with both feet 2 inches from being out of bounds now we know why 😂😂💯
