Don't know why but Logitech firmware update tool just doesn't recognise my mx master 3 anymore and shows an error 'Unable to communicate'. Can someone help?
I have a Logitech MX Master 3S and in connection with Photoshop this mouse lives a separate life, in general, chaotic mouse clicks are obtained. What could be the problem?
chaotic mouse clicks may be from dirt dead skin etc? how long sense you took the mouse apart and cleaned it under the buttons & inside the shell? Try that with a clean dry toothbrush first. . Do you have RF interference in that area of the house? or do you live in an apt or condo or have roommates? You might have some kind of cross talk signal with other signals in your neighborhood? I once had a touchscreen with delay, so it would catch up to clicks a few seconds after I made them. First consider resetting each piece of your hardware.
