I'm so glad I found this video. I was struggling to make this work with Options, tried everything including disabling my company firewall. Finally, saw this and upgraded to Options+ and voila, I'm so happy.
This did not work for me. Both are on the same network and both have Options+ running. Despite this, every time I click "Setup Flow" -> (and then) "Continue" it just fails and gives me the following message: "No computers found. Bummer!".
Same for me. However, as I installed Microsoft Mouse Without Borders (which is a quite good alternative) and connected my PCs it somehow suddenly worked even with Logi Options+. Unless they coincidentally just fixed the error.
Cool - don't need that feature but love that you can. I'm looking forward to learning more about the "Smart Action" for Logi keyboards feature. Assigning keys, etc.
Hi, I am on the same network, firewalls are down, softwares installed on both mac and windows 10 home, but in flow the softwares are not see the machines... is there a troubleshoot?
what I mean is if we press 2 on the mx keys kb, it should automatically switch the mouse as well to the 2nd laptop instead of manually pressing the button on the bottom of the mouse .
So this is basically like "Synergy", a software I bought for like 5 bucks 15 years ago now and that has worked since then in Windows Linux and MacOS, interesting though.
I have to speak as I find. I run my own business and I wanted something to help with my productivity, y'know 'cos I'm trying to earn a living'n'all. Firstly, if you're just looking to switch between just two computers, just buy yourself a USB Keyboard and Mouse Switch for about $20 and save yourself a lot of money and grief. OK, so here's my experience: Based on the hype and recommendations, I went and bought an MX Master 3S and the MX Keys keyboard to go with it. I wanted them specifically for their ability to switch between three devices. Videos show that the MX Master 3S can switch automatically between devices just by rolling the mouse pointer up the edge of the screen. When I got them home, I found that the MX Master 3S's automatic switching ability rarely worked. This was hugely disappointing. I then discovered that despite all the buttons and gizmos it comes loaded with, the physical switching button is on the underside of the mouse. I mean . . . WTF? I then found that the Logi Options+ software does not allow any of the buttons or gismos to be reprogrammed for switching between devices. This left me with no choice but to flip the mouse over and push the button on the underside every single time I wanted to switch computer (which was about every few minutes). Rest assured this got very tiresome, very quickly. Fed up with that, I went and bought the M720 Triathlon mouse instead. This mouse works exactly as I hoped. As far as I'm concerned the MX Master 3S can go do one. The MX Keys keyboard is good, but there's still room for improvement. First example, the keyboard and mouse don't talk to each other, so they don't coordinate between themselves. For such expensive products, this is unforgiveable. That means you can switch the mouse from one device to another, click on something and start typing, only to realise you forgot to switch the keyboard too, so without realizing it you might have just typed over some vital piece of code, or some accounting entries, or sent an email to the wrong person. That's potentially dangerous. When you press the switching buttons on the keyboard or mouse, white LEDs light up but switch off moments later. This isn't a big deal for the mouse, but for the keyboard it's bad news because you cannot tell at a glance which device the keyboard is connected to. In my opinion, the switching LEDs should be left illuminated so you know at a glance which devices are talking to which. That could even be furrther enhanced by color-coding the LEDs (for instance: light blue, magenta and indigo) on both the mouse and keyboard. I give the MX Keys keyboard a score of 9/10. I give the M720 Triathlon a score of 9/10. I give the MX Master 3S a score of just 2/10 - for not telling customers that the switch is on the underside of the mouse.
Can I use the standard Options along with Options+? I have a Logitech K780 keyboard that isn't supported by Options+ and and an MX Master 3s, that isn't supported in standard Options. When I try to use Flow from Options+ (which is on both Win 11 laptops and on the same network), neither laptop I'm trying to connect to is identified.
Hi There, Thank you for sharing this video. But in my case both computers are connected (earlier it was working well) but in flow display of both the computers it shows one computer is not connected. I allowed inbound connection in firewall also Please suggest!
I have installed that application in my company's laptop and seems the flow feature is not working, I did have to install the desktop offline version, could this be the issue or some security one?
Hi, I actually saw your previous instruction video on setting up Logitech Flow and it worked perfectly until upgraded to Logitech Flow+. Have contacted Logitech and they have emailed a list of items to do which is so absurb. Do you have any suggestion how I can make Flow works again please?
Hey, great video but I am stuck at the stage where it's not detecting my other machines. I have a MacBook Air and 2 Windows Laptops. I have Options+ on all of them and when I click to Setup Flow, it says "Bummer.. couldn't detect any computer". Could you help?

Thanks good video. If Computer 1 is an iMac (personal) and on a different network than Computer 2 (pc for work, and on work VPN) will options+ and flow work?
Hey there, I've been using Logitech Flow with my MX Keys and MX Master 3 for over a year now, between my PC and my laptop. I have a usb dongle in both of the machines since when I tried with a dongle on one and bluetooth on my laptop the switch was slower. Switching between machines works most of the time, but my issue is that some times while the mouse switches, the keyboard gets left behind. I've also had cases where it stops switching back to my laptop and I manually switch both my mouse and kb (using embedded buttons) to get it back working again. Is your experience similar or is it just me?
