Thank you for your feedback!!! I will be expending the arias so people have more ideas and options :) Thank you Steve for supporting my UA-cam channel 🙏😊
I agree those first two units are awful. At those prices update the furniture and don't have the tv on an ugly shelf on the wall. No A/C, no dishwasher. Ha! Only a tital rube would rent at those prices. Sorry Larissa. You are the bomb, but can't see these units at these prices.
@Be Real Thank you!! I did check out Matzalan and saw a range of apartment pricing and they were very nice. I have been shopping around in consideration of places to live in Mexico when I retire. Of course, the beach areas catering to tourists are more expensive, but generally give you a beautiful apartment as well. I have also seen apartments in the USD600 to 750 range that are modern etc., clean, nice furniture, pool, in other non-beach towns like Querètaro, Miguel de Allende, and others. Like anything else, you have to shop around. But seeing apartments outfitted like these, being offered at this price point is educational and I do appreciate that Larissa has offered a forum that gives the more discerning eye the opportunity to point to other shoppers better options. And to let the owners know they need to upgrade their properties by a LOT to warrant this pricing. Larissa, love you girl!!! Keep going. But always better to stick to the standards of beauty of surroundings, decor and amenities. This is what you do exceptionally well.
The first unit was incredibly expensive. That can't possibly be the monthly price, maybe the weekend price.?WOW! We have rented a five star resort style condo with five swimming pools on the ocean for that price in PV. Thanks for taking the time to do this. Great info!

Thanks so much for making this video! "Cheapest" not cheap, as $1,200USD or $1,100USD in low season is not "cheap" rent in my books. None of these units was said to have A/C. I liked #5 & 6 the best.
Hola. All places I showed in my video have A/C but the last one . Watch the last video, much cheaper rentals on the other side of HW. Thank you for your support!!!
Hello Larisa thanks for a great video. I would like to stay in anything within walking distance to the beach and shops. I would especially love to find yoga and women to join in a community anywhere in the area. I would really appreciate that thanks. Be well Sandra
Another great video, thanks! Please try and show where the air conditioner units are located in the apartments. Are they only in the bedroom(s)? Or is there also air conditioning in the living room? I know that is a common practice to only have air conditioners in the bedrooms in Mexico and this is not something most Americans and Canadians are used to.
Usually A/C is only in BR but from my experience it’s enough to cool down the apartment. In the house A/C is in the living room as well. Thank you Jenifer !!
I find I rarely use the AC units unless it's an especially hot day and I return sweating - then, I may cool the unit for an hour or so while shortening my morning walk and lengthening the late evening walk where it's more cool. I do obtain better much rates during low season, but I stay a little further from the beach, because I walk a lot.
