Hi there RiGo, We thank you very much for your support, and we are very happy to hear you are enjoying the new SpaceSense feature. We do have lots more planned for the new app, which we are excited to share with our users. Please do stay tuned.
Good stuff. I setup this for my kitchen + dining area. I have a shared space for that connects to my living room where i watch lot of TV. Those lights make some reflection to my big TV. When everyone is sitting on the living room area, no kitchen lights and reflections. Those lights only go on for a minute if someone gets up and go get some snacks 👍

Hello Wiz, could you help to clarify the last part on calibration where you have to walk out of the room.? Do you mean you should not be detected while calibrating? In other words, I should preferably be far away from the room and perhaps close the door when I get out? I have 2 lights and for some reason, it will turn on by itself sometimes. Setting a lower sensitivity will result in no detection so I have to stay with the minimum detection level. Thanks for your help.
Hi there, Yes, it would be best to ensure there is no presence in the room during calibration. SpaceSense uses the disruption on the wifi signal that is caused by movements in order to function. Besides movements, there are other items or devices that can cause disruptions too and during calibration, the SpaceSense technology will identify the normal disruption within the room so that it can know when actual movements is involved.
Yes, or in my case, i have a connected space with kitchen and my living room, i wanted kitchen light go off when i sit on my lazyboy and watch TV on living room area, i sat on the living room for the calibration.

Presales question, assuming you have this working. How do the lights behave when you have someone just sitting watching tv not moving much. Do lights just randomly turn off and you have to wave your hand around for example, sorry for the dumb question.😅
Hi there Shiraz, We are more than happy to assist you, and thank you for bringing it up as it will help other users who are interested in trying the SpaceSense feature. Regards to this, within the app itself, we have included a sensitivity setting as we wanted to cater to all preferences. If you were to set it to the lowest sensitivity then, as per your example, it will turn off. This is usually helpful when you have pets in the home and do not want the lights turning on each time. In the highest sensitivity settings, even with the slightest movement, it will turn on the lights and is unlikely to turn off when there is someone in the room. This sensitivity also work in tandem with the Calibration process that you would go through when setting up the SpaceSense feature. Hope this helps.
Sorry I have one more question assuming you see this. Assume I have wired 6 of the wiz spots into mains. Can I still use the on/off switch to manually use them at will without any automation. And assuming once I turn them on from the wall switch moments later they reconnect to my smart home setup and continue receiving any of my voice commands. I've seen some light manufacturers say not to use on/off switches as you might lose the config. Thanks 😁
Hi there Shiraz, Yes, the lights can be controlled from the main power switch as per normal, and they will immediately attempt to connect to the paired network once they are on. Your settings will also take effect as per normal such as Schedules or the SpaceSense feature. We do also have a feature specific for controlling the lights from the wall switch called WiZClick. This can determine what color your lights come on to when powered on from the wall switch. Here is a link for your reference: signify.co/428fLId While we are on the topic of switches, we do want to let you know that the lights work best with single pole switches(normal on/off type switches) and not to use any dimmer or 2-way type switches. Hope this helps 😊

Hi there mahfud dua, We thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest. Please refer below for the guide to identify if your device is compatible to SpaceSense: signify.co/3icL8QS
Hi there mahfud dua, For US, we do make our devices available under our branding Wiz or our parent company Phillips. To avoid confusion, we have provided it as detail a possible, but you may want to mainly review it based on the Brand name you have seen on the packaging box and the category the light falls under. If further assistance is required, please do reach out to our support team, and they will be able to verify the compatibility for you as well. From the Wiz V2, press on Settings, scroll down and click on Help Center and from here you will be able to initiate a Live chat Support.
Hello, I was wondering if it's possible to prevent individual lights and devices in the room from turning on when using SpaceSense. Now when I use it, every device turns on automatically.
Hi there, indeed the SpaceSense will operate all the lights within a room. We might recommend separating a room into, for example, Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 and that way only the lights within the SpaceSense enabled rooms react to it. You will not need to physically move anything though, only the configuration on the app would be needed.
@@WiZlighting yes there needs to scene options by room but also whole home. Example I want to set up unique dimmer settings for each light in the whole house. Currently I can say all lights to ‘focus’ but that affects all lights in the house equally. I’d like to say ‘morning scene 1’ and different lamps have different settings throughout the house. An easy fix would be to allow multiple room scenes for each quick action
Hi there, Fardeen. Thank you for leaving us a comment and we are delighted to assist you with your queries. Hi Marco, All the WiZ lights that come with Bluetooth are SpaceSense compatible. When purchasing you would want to look for the Bluetooth logo on the device packaging box. Devices that are only Wifi-enabled, do not work with SpaceSense.
It would be so great to be able to just turn on one device with space sense, while using more the others solely for the sensing, but otherwise independent...
Hi there, thank you for comment. As for this, Spacesenser required more than 2 devices to activate as one will be he beacon is the light which is sending the Wi-Fi signals on the network. While the other is to be the processors are the lights measuring how much of the original signal (emitted by the beacon) they receive and measuring the fluctuations. Sharp fluctuations mean there is a disturbance, which means there is motion. For more information, kindly refer to this link: signify.co/3NLZQev

Wiz white light bulb A67 E27 TW max 13 W White light only 2700k to 6500K. Best ever bulb for studing. 13 W spot on . Good lumens - about 1500 lumens. Much better then 9W. 9W is too dark for studing. At the morning I put it on 5500K or 5000 K which improves concentration according to research . In the late evening I put it on 4500K or 4000 K to not reduce melatonin secrerion in the body ( needed for sleep). Before sleep and after studing Input it on 2700K or night mode to relax. This is the only bulb I can do it - all the other companies make 9W or 11W which is to dark for studing . The one thing I love the mosr about the Wiz ( v2) app is the ability to choose white light Kelvin tempIt is a must !!! Every student should have this bulb. RGB is a gymic ; I am using the white light bulb not the RGB.

How do i know my lights have bluetooth
Hi there. Thank you for reaching out with your question. To determine if your lights have Bluetooth capability, you can check the product packaging or user manual that came with your lights. For more information, you can reach out to us via the V2 apps by go to the settings, scroll down to Help Center, and click "Start Chat." Our support team are available to answer your inquiry.
You should make it clearer that all this only related to the android V2 Wiz app not the original, maybe concentrate on combining and only having one android app and not 2.
Wiz 2 is for android and IOS too
I’m trying to use this in my bathroom. Good to know they have to be six feet apart to even work 😩

Hi there,
We are sorry to hear that you are not able to enjoy the SpaceSense feature. The link in the above comment is a link to our SpaceSense Compatibility guide. Please do visit the WIZ website FAQ directly should the above link not work for you now.
Indeed, the SpaceSense is a new feature, and currently it does with lights that are bluetooth enabled and not with older generation lights. Please do check to ensure that the lights you are purchasing has the Bluetooth capability to enjoy the SpaceSense feature.
We are also pleased to inform that as of the release of the WiZ V2 app, you are able to set schedules to activate and deactivate the Motion Sensor. Please do reach out to our support team(Settings > Help Center > Live Chat) should you require any assistance setting this up.

Wiz white light bulb A67 E27 TW max 13 W
White light only 2700k to 6500K.
I think they are on whiz the instructions are very poor very very poor I bought the lights at Costco 1/10
