What if Haniger avoids any freak injuries (like no exploding testicles or degrom fastballs to the face, for example) and puts up a season like 2018 or 2021. He just turned 33 so I dont think its such a crazy thing to think could happen. Id be so ecstatic if that happens

Ty doing everything he could to not lose his composure at Colby's "he's thicker in the lower half" comment.
If you go through the numbers, Woo improved against lefties in his back half of games last year. The struggles mainly came in his first 8-10 starts and then he adjusted his pitch mix which resulted in better production. I trust that he's worked on that in the offseason and will be much better vs lefties this season as compared to last year.
The top 3 seesaw players for '24 in my opinion are: France, Haniger, and Canzone. From a positive vibes standpoint France and Haniger are in a class by themselves. If they stay healthy and perform well, it's almost certain the M's are strong contenders.
Very Bold prediction: France does what JP did last year and posts a SLG pct .100 greater than he did the previous yr. JP went from .336 to .438 in '23. France was .366 last year so he'll post at minimum a career high .466 SLG pct.

I remain cautiously pessimistic about the season.
I think maybe there is a misinterpretation of what Ty France has been saying about himself this spring. He's more saying that he believes he has a higher level of performance in him than he's had when at his previous best. I don't see why there's anything worrying about what he said.

I think Ty France is going to rock this year IMHO.
