Yea as the guy that made the team i gotta say that not only does night slash have 100% acc whereas ceaseless edge has 95% but it also has slightly more damage. So at 13:45 you would have likely ohko'd indeedee instead of it living at 5hp, but also would have hit the previous turn. All of that plus the fact that dragon cheer turns it into a 50/50 crit chance and its just more consistent. Im also the unluckiest person to ever touch this game so i wasnt risking that miss chance 😂
@@jameswbaekpkmn figured since it's his signature move but yea, night slash is just overall safer bc of accuracy and boosted crit rate. Knock off also does roughly the same damage but thats more preference
it seems backhanded but I like that you were able to showcase why the original creator had night slash not ceaseless, missing that move just isnt worth it, especially on a crit centric team
Oh wow that was me getting bodied using electabuzz. Had never seen this team before and didn't expect tera poison at all 😭. GGs am honoured to be beat by one of the greats
Hey I'm ben. I don't even remember playing you. Let alone multiple times for you to know my items xD. Thanks for featuring our match. Hope I put up a fight
Fun facr: the original team had night slash over ceaseless because hugh crit rate + 100% accuracy is much more reliable, especially when paired with dragon cheer. So the first sheet actually had the error
@@Connor_Kirkpatrick In case of Taunt Clefairy is useles, at least Clefable can do so damage. Not a lot that for sure, but at least it's some honest works. Into Mause/Ape it can be decent. But in that particulary team, i pretty much agree that i'll prefere Clefairy than Clefable. -Friend guard is good if you have a bulky team. -In case of Trick room, having after you is good. -Helping hand can help finishing of some difficult pokemon to remove.
Can’t because of Good as Gold. Unless you use a Mold Breaker mon like Haxorus or Rampardos Edit: Unless the opponent has Neutralizing Gas on the field. So I guess there is a rare use case
I tried a wp klawf to proc anger shell and it had a 50 50 win ratio when It worked it really worked and when it wasn't the best it was really bad so if you do it you need to have a good supporting cast I ran it beside dragapult to proc, primarina for dozo, rillaboom for terrain control, imprison farigiraf for psyspam catchup just in case, and talonflame for additional speed control
YO! Thats my team lets gooo!!
Nice team! Where did James find it?

I actually never read that the original team had night slash and thought it was originally ceaseless edge on the Samurott 🤣

ceaseless edge is 90 accuracy actually! that 10% really adds up

It seems h forms are fan favorite in reg H
I've been using samurott on the ladder and it's a beast
always love the content keep it up. id really like to hear your thoughts on what might be some of the most common pokemon youll see in the new format.
Oh wow that was me getting bodied using electabuzz. Had never seen this team before and didn't expect tera poison at all 😭. GGs am honoured to be beat by one of the greats
Nah it's not the tera poison that got you, it's losing Gholdengo for effectively no gain. Good effort though

second team breakdown screen has an error. samurott got nightslash in that one.

@@datguyjimmeh i thought this might be the case. Good to know, thanks
I remember seeing u beat Marco live on his livestream. Ur out here destroying ppl on there own livestreams 😂
Salazzle is such a beast!
I feel your pain with Ceaseless Edge. I'm a singles player mostly and Hamurott never fails to miss Edge at the worst times
I made something like this but i kept missing ceasless edge
ohh vs Marco Fiero game 5 !! and James with no reaction about it lol or he just didnt realize
I notice James started uploading longer videos lately together with Aaron. Not that I'd complain though, more Pokemon stuff for me.
Razor claw! I completely forgot about razor claw!
I got a team building idea, brb
Yay Salazzle!
Damn hey though already got salazzle in mind so 😅
Doesn’t Dragon Cheer only give crit chance to dragon pokémon? Why did Salazzle use Dragon Cheer when Hamurott was on the field?
Nevermind, i figured it out lol
Why Clefable over eviolite Clefairy?
Dondozo matchup and unaware vs friend guard
@@izaakmccoy7698 I guess. The goal was to protect Hydreigon though, and crit Draco goes through the buffs anyways
