It was not designed to support the entire world. Plus the way it is managed really needs to be taken in hand. The overhaul would be painful, but it would be worth it. Ask any good housekeeper or manager of the private sector, that has to account for and justify every last penny. But i came here for the music. It was fantastic. Truly stunning. Stay safe.
