That's his wife in the video. He said he could only do this video with her because he felt like it would be cheating on her to do it with another woman. He is very devoted to her. He has a great voice, and he practices what he preaches.
They did a "15 years later" revisit video of them together still looking very much in love. It was very heartwarming
Well a lot of people are devoted to their loved ones.. that shows his devotion to the music and lyrics, in the way that he takes it that seriously. That's beautiful though. That way when he's old he can watch the video and see him and his wife dancing to his own music

I don’t know if you have reacted to it, but his song, “Long Black Train “ was my granny’s absolute favorite song ever. I work in home health care and she would have me play it for her every day.

I was driving and was just in the frame of mind to get lost in a song and the right one came on (All These Years by Sawyer Brown) and it stayed in my ears, my mind, and in my heart for days afterward until I had to buy the CD. That’s how it started for me. I love how country songs paint vivid pictures and that each one is its own story.
