Hi Siyah! 👋🏽 My late night beverage consumption honestly depends on the day. When I’m up late or working late I tend to drink so I don’t eat, and that does cause me to get up during the night. I may get up once or twice. In time my goal is have better habits like going to sleep at a good time so my body is more in balance. Thank you for the question, it felt like a journal prompt that caused me to reflect which is always helpful. ❤
That would be interesting to do some blood test to see if the blood sugar goes up. I’d like to give this diet a try but I’m still unsure about the consequences of having such a large quantity of fruit and juices in my diet.
Hi! I completely understand your concern. My health journey has been filled with questions, as it often feels like a guessing game. Intentional self-study and lab work have helped me understand my body's needs. I strive to include a variety of fruits and vegetables in my day to day lifestyle. For sugar, I recommend low-glycemic fruits like apples and pears.
