I like seeing actual models get exposure with the internet crowd.
Here's why saying broccoli has more protein (per calorie) than steak is practically meaningless:
Broccoli is 90% water. A serving of broccoli (one cup or 91 g) gives you 2.5 g of protein. A normal steak (~215 g) will have 49-50 g of protein. So, if you ate the same weight of broccoli, you would get 5.9 g of protein. If you wanted to get the same amount of protein from broccoli as from a 215 g steak, you would need to eat over 21 cups or 1.92 kg of broccoli.
For reference, the average head of broccoli is 255 g. So, you would have to eat *7.5 entire heads* of broccoli to get the same amount of protein as a typical steak. This is why it makes little sense to compare the *per calorie* macronutrients of a food. Elephants for instance eat around 400 pounds of food a day (yes, per day) as they eat mostly vegetation which has super low caloric density.
