    Excess fat intake does not cause obesity.
    In short, obesity, a hormonal disorder, is caused ultimately by the overproduction of insulin, likely via an overconsumption of simple carbohydrates.

    Don't buy low-fat dairy, naturally occurring fats can be very good for your brain (myelin sheath), cell membrane (fat soluble vitamins absorbed in cells), insulation (heat), and energy.

      It’s part if the big truth. Whole grain bread and brown rice are much healthier than white bread and rice, and it’s been proven that those who eat mostly whole grains live longer and have less chance of dying from cancer or heart problems. This isn’t the whole truth to staying healthy, of course- it’s only a part of it- but it IS the truth and is NOT stupid nonsense. You are the one perpetuating a healthy lifestyle as some sort of lie.
