I love Dr Charles. He’s so gentle and knowledgable! Everyone needs and deserves a doctor like him ❤️
I just started going to a Dr. again after 4 years and I really hope my doctor is like this. I am diabetic and I am having so much difficulty with eating the proper foods. I need understanding and opportunities that I can actually work with.. But so far.. I feel like my doctor's just like "JUST DO IT" which is frustrating and doesn't help.
Praise from Dr. Charles, there is no higher recognition than that!

Some meals can be prepared a week in advance and stores well in the freezer. Nutrition programs also teach time management since that's the area where a lot of people struggle with eating healthy.
