no i use regular lightener i just mix it thicker

Lexi Dawn is that preference to you because of quality or is it because of the price difference? I'm just asking because I haven't used either and wondering what is the better option.... there's so many out there!
danni pink olaplex slows the processing time down a lot. Redken ph bonder works just as good as olaplex but the processing time stays the same. Matrix is good too!

Was the color left on for 15mins? Or the heat?
The lightener was left on for 15 and the last 5 min of that 15 was with heat
Do you just blend up underneath for saturation?
What do you think about surface painting?
Yeah I saturated it through and blended it underneath. You could definitely do just surface painting if you don't want all the ends super bright.

How do you not get spots when you feather out your enlightener at the top?
I use the paint brush by framar that really helps with blending and then I make sure I saturate completely through the section and blend underneath as well.
Can you tell me the terminology I should use for my stylist to request this look? Is it "brightening"? "Balayage"? Sorry, totally new to color.
She normally gets just highlights to the root and every once in a while we brighten her ends like this
