Living in a Van, Painting every Day

We gave up our crazy expensive apartment in LA for a new chapter in our life! I get to live in my sisters van and wake up to new adventures every day, and so far the quiet, the nature, the open space and the fresh air have been so healing and fulfilling and I am so excited to share the first week out in the wild!
Also it is #pleinairpril ! Meaning we are painting gouache and watercolor everyday, no matter where we land! I hope you guys enjoy :) I sure did!

Thank you for sharing your journey, I've been watching your vlogs for a few years now, since i saw your calarts portfolio stuff, and even though i haven't made it out west yet, your videos were a huge inspiration for me going to school and for me pushing further towards a career into the arts. I've been going so long into this and still don't know where I'll end up, but i know thats all apart of the journey. Sometimes I still look at american landscapes and wonder how it would feel like seeing it all in person... because some part of me knows it exists of course but the other has only ever seen it in pictures and movies so it also still feels so unreal to me. Anyways..^^ i loved the video and i hope you can enjoy everything over there as much as i enjoy watching your vids! Wish you both the best :)

O I totally feel you! Even though I got to live here for a while now we still feel like we are in a western when heading to the desert, and we even said Joshua tree looks like a set all the time!
