Gelatine sheets - 20 g
Whole milk - 70 g
fresh whipping cream - 360g
Powdered sugar - 50 g
Creamy sweet yogurt - 850g
Vanilla essence
Apricot jelly:
Gelatin - 10 g
Apricots - 300 g
Sugar - 90 g
Lemon juice - 30 g
22cm or 24cm tray
