hall of famer playing his debut in hof game against his childhood favorite team
Weirdly poetic
And his home town team
It’s crazy the 49ers passed up on 2 home town kids Rogers and Brady
@@SnuggieMaple, Brady had an incredibly dominant defense and Belichik with the Patriots. Rodgers got to sit behind Favre and McCarthy was an exceptional HC with the Packers. It's ludicrous to think they'd have the same careers had they gone to the niners, who were hot dog dookie at the time. We could very well be saying "Brady? Rodgers? Who are they?"
The irony
Alot of foreshadowing. Like a movie
this is the 1st season this century without Tom Brady being in the NFL
Holy shit
You know how long a century is? Lol
@@andreharris3428you know which century this is?
Damn so he really has always been a 2 step drop check down qb… fuck Tom. He will NEVER be the Goat, no shot he’s better than Payton Manning
@@andreharris3428yes man, Brady came into the NFL when the century began. Hence, he’s right
The big story of Tom Brady’s preseason debut was the new MNF broadcast booth of Al Michaels, Dan Fouts and Dennis Miller.
Dennis “I have to tell you folks “ Miller
Right cuz whos this kid? It was always DREWWWWWWWWW
Shockmain Davis LOL sounds like a Key & Peele name
Dennis Miller 😂😂😂
Dennis was horrible.
Legend playing in his first game. Gio Carmazzi.
😅😂
Oh wow 😂😂😂
😊A😊😊0p😊😊😊😊
He has 7 goats
@@Gunner192Yep, Gio HAS 7 goats and Brady IS 7 (Time SB champion) G.O.A.T.S. lmfao!!
This kid seems pretty good
Yeah, he’ll probably go on to be an accomplished player some day.
Nah he looks like a game manager but a competent game manager can win rings
😂
Always had that quick release!!!!!!
I was there!! Saw Jerry Rice too!! Not sure if he played in the game but he was dressed! I think it was his last season in San Francisco!! Two legends crossing paths at two different stages of their careers!! Historic moment!!
Keep your eye on this Brady kid, he may have a bright future.
"Let's see what Brady can do" biggest understatement of the century so far.
Happy birthday, Jacksonville Jaguars Killer (Tom Brady)
Brady's touch on the ball is the greatest of all time, just like his spot amount nfl players all time
NFL was brutal back then
The world has no idea who Tom Brady was going to become on that day playing against the 49ers
I think Shockmains ankle was busted at the end there
And it begins…!!!!
G.O.A.T
Yeah with the help of refs fucking cheater
I’m calling it now, this guy will win 7 rings and become the GOAT!
😂😂😂
Nah you trippin he can’t throw better than Bledsoe, another benchwarmer. He’s only doing good here because it’s the patriots, I can’t imagine how awful he’ll be on another team like the bucs.
That Brady guy looks pretty good!
Baaaaahhhhhhh the call if the GOAT as he was born.
Brady had this grace of throwing the ball I’m glad I was born in the 90s to see all the great play.
I think this kid has a bright future in the nfl 😂
When Tom Brady grows up he wants to be just like Brock Purdy
Future HOF QB TB12 NEVER HAD A CLUE I WAS WATCHING NOT ONLY A FUTURE HOF BUT THE FREAKING G.O.A.T.!😎
i love that red face mask on the niners!
One foot down calls are all about Brady. IT WAS A FUMBLE.
Look good, I can see him winning maybe seven Super Bowls.
Little did i know at the time that brady kid not bad would turn into a hall of fame Goat
The kid looks sharp. He'll probably be good enough to start some day.
Back when they hit hard
Man....the sounds, the sights...i miss being a kid.
He got it out so fast
N da HOF game is a trip
I remember this . The 49ers thought they had the next joe Montana.😂
Already looks ready for the league off his first pass, hope this kid has a bright future
Yeah, four passes three checkdowns. Truly one of a kind talent.
@@jacenlewis6571 Are you fckn kidding?
Yup and 7 super bowls and 3 mvps. Never gonna see that again
@@ikesworld9525 Mahomes has a reasonable chance at matching that.
@@sphtpfhorbrains3592highly doubt that
I doubt we will EVER see a 6th rounder become a starting quarterback ever again, let alone the GOAT. Crazy man 😳
How about Brock Purdy
@@susmaster8225he was a 7th rounder
Ironic that Purdy, who was drafted a round below Brady had his first career start against Brady and absolutely crushed the Bucs…that was a hell of a game
@@susmaster8225Purdy is Mr. Irrelevant.
@@BogMouse3137 even better
This was poetic Justice.
One Man Dynasty.
No one’s gonna talk about how Shockmain’s leg snapped in half at the end there?
Brady getting all the calls from day 1! 😂
And the goat farmer Gio on the other side played like fecal matter
look at that turf
Amazing great old footage
This guy is unathletic and he can't throw the long ball. I bet he'll never amount to anything.
I swear he yelled "ball" to alert the receiver the ball was en route....commanding voice from the get go
It sounds weird him anouncing who Tom Brady is.
Kick start to the greatest players career!
I think this Brady kid might do alright!
I think he'll have a decent career...
A star is born
Shockmain Davis. Damn great name for East vs West shrine bowl
Bill belicheck is so lucky this panned out for years I thought it was a player/head coach duo thing but nah we found real quick who it actually was
Mac Jones take notes on how quick he throws the ball. Wait, your arm sucks!
Niners should have kept these uni styles. Look so much better than the old school ones that they went back to
And the rest was history
Dudes ankle was hanging off at the end 😮
He looks pretty good in this clip. Ik it’s preseason but still
And ohhhhh boyyy what Tom did
Give me under center empty set Brady all day 😂
The goat was born
Ones a GOAT, ones a goat herder.
Can't believe he made the team. 😂
Lol Carmazzi. He had 'the cannon arm,' but not much else.More irony of Brady playing his first game vs his childhood team the 49'ers.
Played the same way for 20 seasons
Was his bread & butter regarding 3, 5, 7 & 10 yard passes his whole career!!
Montana no doubt was his childhood QB!!
Brady’s last college game he took down Bama.
It's weird to watch this knowing that he would become the GOAT. Nobody knew what he would become.
If we only knew that we were watching the best qb of all time
Who knew...not even the Patriots
Announcer: "Patriots have a new quarterback, Tom "Camp Arm" Bradley."
Other Announcer: "Brady."
Announcer: "It doesn't matter. No one's gonna remember this guy."
It’s weird how much bigger NFL stadiums have got too. The 49ers stadium looks like a college field in this video.
#TB12 #TheGOAT
Ah, first drive ever and the referees were already giving him breaks. LOL
Yo! Davis ankle 😮
Holy shit look how small the stadium was
good old days , before they started kneeling
I was at that game. The game in 2000 was against San Francisco and it was Faucet stadium at that time. Canton ohio. I never thought nothing, Tom Brady. Not at the game I never thought nothing of them. But yeah, I think it's real cool. I was with somebody I knew a friend of mine. My mom worked for pepsi and got right into the gate because her car had a pepsi logo on it
So here's what's really funny about this HOF game. The reason that the 49ers were in this game was because Joe Montana and Ronnie Lott were part of the 2000 HOF class. Steve Young had just retired, so all eyes were on Giovanni Carmazzi, the QB the 49ers drafted in hopes of continuing the legacy of Joe Montana and Steve Young. Little did anyone know the next Joe Montana would be making his debut in this game. It just wasn't the guy people thought
As a jets fan I really wonder if Brady would have become what he did without us hurting Bledsoe?
Little did they know
He was so hot
Why is nobody talking about the synchronized clap at the beginning?
Because thats pretty normal when teams are breaking a huddle. Especially back in the day.
@@jacobsvetich8735 is it like how the chiefs did the merry go round thing against the raiders? I don’t get the practicality of it
It’s when they break their huddle so they are all on the same snap count for when the center snaps the ball
I was at this game suffering from food poisoning
Who knew the “they could’ve reviewed that play” as Brady snaps the ball would’ve been the running theme for Brady’s career. Some bs goes his way and then he straight drives it in the defenses face for the fuck up lol
Goat!
Brady fella doesn’t stand a chance in this league
Soon he will be back. But not to play. He will be selected. 🐐
All off the injury of Drew Bledsoe
If this was today there would have been a targeting call 😂😂
He looked fairly solid…
Back when football was interesting to watch...
Remember, waited six rounds to draft him, only started him when Bledsoe’s spleen got busted.
But the Pats were “geniuses “!
No they were lucky.
*sure could've learned some integrity*
Fitting it was against the Niners. He wanted to play for them. He idolized Joe Montana. Unfortunately for Niner fans they had an Italian coach who thought it'd be great to have a fellow goomba as his QB. Great move, coach. 😆 🤣
That's is what we call great coaching. Give him high percentage throws while moving him in the pocket. So many coaches and teams should take notice. Brady was set up to succeed. What do we see today? Too many teams taking these young QBs and trying to make them throw low percentage passes down the field. There is no learning curve in the NFL anymore. They destroy these young qbs by putting undo pressure on them.
Michigan Man
Vs 49ers too
Check down merchant from day 1
Looks like the ball was deflated a little😂
AOC debut was against the niners also yeeee let’s goo Raiders
Check down Brady..
Take what the D gives you and don't turn it over... Impressive
Doesn't hurt he had a top 10 defense in 16 of his seasons in NewEngland
The dink and dunk master
