Love the provision fish cakes definitely worth trying to use up extra food that could be wasted if you have leftover provisions always find that with ground provisions there is a lot tof it when you cook for a small family or even yourself, think I will try this with extra eddoes in Summer and I love the dipping sauce too, nice twist - thank you for sharing such imaginative food. I had to subscribe from the minute I discovered your channel as I love Caribbean cooking , had to chuckle when you said they don't like our spice but they have to realize that's the flavour otherwise it is just bland and we don't like their bland, Lol keep sharing the lovely niceness and cooking with love, can you share the rub you have for the roast beef that you made - those sandwiches looked amazing with apple slaw - want to surprise someone that I know loves beef but usually kills a roast, the second time, plus does not know how to select the cuts either it is really brutal I kid you not. Lol
