    Dough:
    ✔Wheat flour - 380 g.
    ✔Butter - 180 g.
    ✔Powdered sugar or sugar - 50 g.
    ✔Vanilla sugar/vanilla - to taste.
    ✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
    ✔Baking powder - 7 g (1 tsp)
    ✔Egg - 1 pc.
    ✔Yogurt or sour cream - 120 g.
    Filling:
    ✔Plums - 500 g
    ✔Pitted cherries - 200 g.
    ✔Sugar - 180 g or to taste.
    ✔Cinnamon - 1 tsp. (optional).
    ✔Corn starch - 40 g (a little water for dilution).
    ✔For greasing - 1 egg yolk.
    👉 The diameter of my baking dish is 25 cm
    🕒 Bake at 180°C/356 F for an average of 35-40 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
    ❗Notes ❗
    ✅Flour can be very different. If the dough is hard to come together, add a little cold water. If, on the contrary, it turns out to be too soft, add a little flour. Shortbread dough does not need to be kneaded for a long time. Once it sticks together into a ball, it’s ready.
    ✅You can change the ratio of plum and cherry, and you can also use other berries and fruits in the filling.
    ✅Put sugar in the filling depending on the sweetness of fruits/berries and your preferences.
    ✅The filling does not have to be cooled to a cold state, it can remain warm.
    ✅If you want the filling to be thicker, take a little more starch. If you make such a pie, for example, with apples, then starch is not required at all.
    ✅Before cutting such a pie, it must be completely cooled.
