Dr Hoobhoy is talking high sense. I used to work for a forces university & there was one course that only I used to teach. The director's son came from abroad, joined an international bank & never attended my class for his MBA. But I was astonished to see that he had passed my course, though he had never attended a single class of mine, not even enrolled for my course! So much for the pathetic education system in Pak!
