Exactly, and why would you enroll the kids in school for vacation? They sound ridiculous. Dv victims typically change their story to justify in their minds going back. Smh
This shows the disconnect with victims of domestic violence . They go back to their abuser. Victims become conditioned to it. Which is sad! No one deserves to be abused! Prayers 🙏🏽
Usually because the woman is a career housewife......they leave and lose it all. No work history, no personal income, estranged their family for a decade......
C'mon Judge Mathis editors!!! The fact they put the clip of the defendant saying she left for a week because they were fighting and the clip of them saying it was a vacation RIGHT AFTER is pure 👨🏾🍳💋🤌🏽 *chef's kiss* because I was like...... that's not what you just said ma'am! LMMFAO 💀 I freaking love this show 🖤🤟🏽
The abusive husband has finally been able to alienate her away from her family and that’s what they do, so now when she needs her sister she’ll have no one to turn to and that’s the way he wants it.
There are so many domestic violence incidents out here these days. The defendant is a prime example of a battered woman. But unfortunately Mathis wanted to make unnecessary jokes throughout. Never liked him
I don't think the defendant is abusing his girl. I think it's exactly what the girlfriend said. Because of their past history of abuse, she might take it where even yelling is a trigger and his abuse to her. Because I've been in that situation but in my head I don't consider you yelling at me as abuse. I consider it an argument. Or you just yelling at the wall because at the end of the day, I'm gonna walk away. I don't like that. The judge is like well. She says, you was abusing you went to visit them for a week. Well, that means you was abused. That doesn't mean you was abuse. Like at the end of the day, there's no real proof that she was abused by the plaintiff brother. I believe that they might be also abusive to their children. They didn't say that they wasn't. They didn't deny it or approve of that census that they said the only denying was from the defendants of being abuse and technically. All you was told was that there's yelling back-and-forth. Technically, that's not abuse, that's a relationship. Relationships argue, sometimes they scream, as long as there's no hands being thrown, it's okay, and she looked like she's a big girl. She looked like she could handle herself compared to that guy. So let's be real like I said, I believe the defendant. I think the plaintiff lied. I think that the judge is an emotional place. Like the majority of his side on the show. I don't agree with his rulinh

So the plaintiff's child abuse was just ignored.

I feel terrible over the kids who have to live with them. These kids don't even get a chance, their parents are so jacked up
Wow this is crazy
Messy messy MESSY!😮
I hope the defendant is ok because she messed up the only people that were helping her. The plantiffs story makes more sense.
