Murder Suspect Flees Heavily Armed SWAT Team in Daring Escape Attempt

- Video released by Ohio authorities shows a murder suspect running away from heavily armed SWAT officers after jumping out of the second-floor window of a house they surrounded on February 6. Authorities said 22-year-old Jamarri Harper allegedly shot a man inside the home, who later died, before fleeing. Harper was caught and arrested shortly after and taken to a nearby hospital for the injuries inflicted by jumping out of the window. Police said Harper faces multiple charges in relation to the incident, including murder and aggravated robbery.

They accepted their kids may be trouble makes but either didn’t put their foot down or had no control of their kids. Some of them been in juvenile detention centers so many times and the judicial system failed.

They very likely stopped running after him because the K9 was on scene. You don’t want to send a K9 on a fleeing suspect when there are other officers chasing him. The dog won’t discriminate who it bites, it’s only chasing the rabbit that’s running.

No it's a clear Indication of your lack of understanding of tactics. Rule number 1 is don't run Infront of the dog. This is how you handle this situation properly. Guns stay on the house and a team goes with handler for the track
