I love this song. I love this album and for 20 years I've loved this band and I'm proud to say it (it seems in vogue to be a U2 basher by lots of people for some odd reason!?!). My relationship with U2 has traveled along the same path as any long-term love relationship - through those same stages of love: eros, philos, agape; and I am happy to say they now deserve my 'agape'. Thanks for the album - waking up to that itunes gift was awesome and listening to the album I can understand why they wanted the whole world to enjoy it.

This album just appeared on my itunes, for no reason whatsover - which has really confused me. (Still trying to find out why).
The studio version of this song came up and I immediately thought it was coldplay (this and California). I was very confused when I heard Bono. I love it! :D. x
I think they released a free thing on accident so everyone that has an iTunes account received it. I know I got it and that's what I've read. Just don't quote me on this as I may be wrong. Haha

U2 is my favorite band! so glad you like them!
I just read up about it, apparently the album has been forced upon half a billion people via their itunes accounts... which I think is a bit wrong! Luckily, I quite enjoy a few of their songs (many are TERRIBLE). It's made me a bit nervous, like Apple are forcing us and invading our privacy like that!
