@@LanceGoyke so nice to read your reply. Shall be waiting to watch the video you talk about of calming down. However I am recovered I assume. Will try to resume the workout tomorrow. Looking forward to hear from you. Be happy and healthy. Cheers 😊
Hey I stated to get headache in the left and right backside of my neck and head after doing some heavy squats for the first time, it's been 6 days and the headache comes back when I am expecting myself even when I'm not using weights
Hey Lance I am doing Gym from the last 20 days. But from the last 2 sessions of my legs, I am feeling a severe tension in my head due to one nerve and it is not bearable. I have done gym before but I have never encountered such problems.
Hi Sir Thanks for your information. I am new to gym workout. When i started squat for more repitation first time, i had throbbing pain in my head. After that i took break for 3 days. During break i didn't have pain. Later i started work out. When I was doing upper body workout i was comfortable. When I started doing squat again felt same kind of pain. Same scenario experienced by one of our work out partner. What we do. By practice will it go.. Pls reply
That sounds like your exercise is provoking the headache, but I would keep a close eye on it. You may need to talk to a doctor about it. Sometimes the tension in your traps and posterior neck muscles can cause a tension headache. You should aim to keep your head more relaxed when squatting and see if your symptoms improve. If they don't, definitely talk to your doctor.
@@LanceGoyke thank you so much for your prompt reply. I talked with my doctor, and advised me not to do intense workouts now. since it was my first session for squats, I was advised to increase the intensity gradually. During that day I was in fasting. So it may be due to fasting and sudden intense workout without prior session. Thank you
Hey.. What should I do...? There is bit pain in the back of my head.. I pushed myself too hard while doing the squats.. However I liked your video
It's gonna need time to calm down. I would try some core exercises to calm down your neck tension. Get rest and learn from the experience!

Hlw whenever i do squats i feel pain in my head which i cant control
Help me
You should see a doctor!
When you squat, don't tilt your head forward/backward or side/side. Aim to keep your neck long through the top of your head.
