- This is an easy 20 minute gentle workout, designed to improve strength in your legs. This whole workout routine is done in a seated position, so it's great for beginners, those who experience pain or difficulty when standing, and those confined to a wheelchair. These moves will help you gain strength in your lower body, needed for activities such as walking, getting up out of chairs, going up/down steps, etc. Do what you can and modify when needed. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years experience. ENJOY!

I have had left hip replacement surgery and have been so very stiff in the left hip and thigh. I also have osteoporosis and degenerating discs in my lower spine. . I am hoping that this routine will be of benefit to me as I your cardio, strength training and yoga classes are so very beneficial to me. Thank you for the variety you offer to seniors. I love this workout! I feel it when I finish :-) Not that i don't like to hear your voice... but I mute the sound and do this often when I'm watching TV! :-) I have a hard time just sitting there... so this is perfect! ❤

This was my first time following one of your workout which I really enjoyed also it was very gentle on my arthritic knees.
My knees were a little sore today so I did this as a break. ❤
