If c - c have single bond then that is Sigma ,if c-c have double bond then it has one Sigma and one pi bond and if c-c have triple bond then it has one Sigma and remainings are pi bond

Why are some carbons attached to 2 hydrogens while other carbons are attached to 1 hydrogen?
Each carbon should have 4 bonds total. We add however many hydrogens are necessary to make 4 bonds to each carbon.
