How many Sigma and Pi bonds are in this molecule?

* The second and/or third bonds between atoms are PI

Why are some carbons attached to 2 hydrogens while other carbons are attached to 1 hydrogen?

Each carbon should have 4 bonds total. We add however many hydrogens are necessary to make 4 bonds to each carbon.
