Latency depends on the compatibility with your phone. Try re-connecting it and check your bluetooth settings and even game settings. Most of these no brand gaming earbuds are more compatible with Snapdragon phones ☺️🤙🏼

it will only turn off after the buds are fully charged. otherwise it will stay on you can not do anything
