If Perfect glow doesn't work for you (just like me), the ""Starglow" effect works very well too

Hello. I followed your tutorial for installing presets but I still can't install the Perfect Glow preset on my Adobe After Effects CC. My Adobe AE CC doesn't have a User Presets folder so I tried installing it to the Presets folder but it still didn't work. What should I do?
You need to put it in the plug-ins folder, not presets.
I am unable to use the PerfectGlow effect ! Downloaded it and but can't use it! can you please tell me how to use the effect and where to paste?
