Take as long as you like on these. I like hearing your thought process and how you decide what to do. I think that like many of us, you sit down not knowing exactly what you want to do, so you just play and experiment. In my book, that’s always ok to watch.

I had assumed the brayer was for a gelli plate which is one of my favourite ways to use DO ink but I absolutely love what you did with the wet ink straight to paper. Thanks for a fab tutorial- I can't decide whether to run up to my messy room or drink my coffee and watch the rest!

I have always left the pin in my Bearly Art Glue and I have never had a problem with the pin rusting or becoming stuck. It is my go-to glue, I love it and the fine tip applicator.

Great cards, Marion! I really love the butterflies and their background! I used to love peeling glue off my fingers or whole hand if no one was watching the amount of glue I used😊. Can’t remember what glue it was, might have been Elmers. Good fun, and I do love your videos!

I love the Distress Oxides for water coloring, ink smooching and I've even used them on a gel plate a few times. I need to watch more videos on using the gel plate though. I haven't done the brayer thing like you so there's something for me to try.

Very pretty! I thought the butterfly background looked like rain running down the windows when it rains hard. Just in color! The color combination shocked me! It turned out so well but I have to be honest, when you swiped the crushed olive I was not happy and thought oh no! But they really look nice.

I love distress oxides, they’re my go to inks. Although I did buy CP inks after watching your videos and I love them too.

Love your tips, I like using micro Fibre instead of baby wipes, also I like,e using my glassmedia plate and gelli plate instead of scrap paper (save a tree?) . If I do use paper it's good stuff to use when it full for cards. You make me think of these things gs thankyou

Thank you for sharing your work, it's all good stuff. Your card fronts look lovely and I'm glad you left the brayer piece intact for a background as it's so nice. I don't have any Tim Holtz ink as it just works out so expensive to have a decent choice of colours and I've heard that they give a sort of chalky finish that I'm not sure I'd want despite how much fun they look to play with. Thanks Deb, he's always listening to me, a bit worrying really 🤣🤣 Yes, they do leave a chalky finish, I have a video coming out in a few weeks stamping with them, I don't have loads, as yes, they do work out expensive and I LOVE my Catherine Pooler ones, but I just got a few colours that I love !! the one inch cubes are a much better way of getting them 😜😜🥰🥰

I love your videos Marion. I have much better results blending Distress Oxides than the Distress inks. The chalky finish is ok as long as I glue the my die cuts on top. I wish the distress oxides inks came in the small cubes but they don’t. Tim H. said they won’t be available in that size due to the ink properties.

I always leave the pin in. I make sure that I clean the outside of the nozzle.

Put the damp card in an embossing folder.
