You always pull through. I sit here with my popcorn like it's a suspenseful movie and I don't know which way it's going to go. And then you end up with the most beautiful cards! I have to agree though, the leaves are spectacular! 😍
Oh my goodness, you are just the best! I’m in Ontario Canada and ADORE your accent. You are such an awesome teacher and I love the results you get! Please don’t ever stop making your videos, you cheer me up on the worst of days. Thank you ❤
I found you yesterday. Your videos are inspiring, i enjoy your creativity. Also like your personality & your accent. Thank you for sharing from a multi crafter 😊
'It's feminine, if I'm allowed to say that.' You are allowed to say anything you like. Colour is subjective, what you see isn't what others see and visa versa. Loved your video, your style and personality. More please.
I’ll be honest Liz, without going in to too much detail, I did, but got quite Ill and it knocked me out for nearly 10 months, I’m hoping to get back to in person classes soon as I have a lovely studio that seats 12 and my ladies are chomping at the bit to come back 🥰🥰🥰 teaching is my passion. 😍😍
Can’t wait to see part two Marion, as I also love stencils and have quite a few too!! I especially loved the layered leaves with your sprinkle bossing technique - who’d have thought pumice stone could look so elegant & classy. Beautiful cards too Marion. I love your videos!! Take care, much love. Ann ❤xx
Brenda from Canada.... Found your video today and want to say thank you. I've been making cards and scrapbooking for about 20+ years. I've learned alot from you today on the stencils.
Hi Marion This is the first time I've seen your channel, I've watched boh part 1 and 2 and found you to be very entertaining with great ideas. Thank you so much, I've just subscribed.
Oh Marion! I still have not tried dry embossing and I’d love it with all the stencils I have! I wonder with all I’m going through if I’ve made an almost fully stocked with every product in multiples, room just to have to sell one day because I fear I’ll never get out of this trapped gorgeous house because I owe so little I can’t afford to move! But I can’t keep up with all the work with my disabilities. Can you imagine a room full of new things to try and never time to use it? It’s literally torture to not have any happiness.
I love a crafting series😍and I'm really just discovering how to extend my stencils so this is perfect! Your videos are never boring Marion....your obvious delight in what you're doing makes you a joy to listen to.
Marion I could watch and listen to you all day though I wouldn't get any work done your ideas are fantastic I really liked the emboss leaf one it was beautiful
I just found you on utube. Beautiful cards, I have been making cards for years and just starting to use stencils, for some reason I was imitated by them. thank you so much for this video. I can use any tips and tricks.
Just caught your video for the first time. I have never used stencils properly, always made a mess. Will give them a go the way we have done them. Thanks for sharing will check out part 2 later and maybe some of you previous videos.
Honey I just reorganized my stencils into 6x8” binders which I love, and for the large 8x11” for quad cards a bigger binder but I only have a couple of those. But 6 full binders of stencils. Of course like everything else, just sitting there because I work to hard being disabled trying to take care of my property, car, etc. but I’ve got a ton!
@@marionemberson I just saw your stencil video and was mucho impressed! One of my favs you’ve ever done! Probably because I haven’t used my stencils. But you showed so many ways! Brilliant! But it took very little time to put the stencils in the pockets and in the binders. If you can do it and have quite a few I would suggest it highly! They come in a 6x8” and I even put my slimline in there that peek out a bit. But the larger one, I bought the binder on Amazon and the same pocket pages from SBC brand. The 6x8 binders were called SNAP! Truly I did them all in 2 days and not full days either. So much nicer!
Great video! What you call bumpin', I learned as shadowing or shadow lighting. I love all the different ways you show how to use our endless supply of stencils. Looking forward to the next one!
Lots of fun techniques! Thanks for sharing. I did find myself gasping when you used a brush that contained Distress Oxide Ink with the Catherine Pooler inks. I have a set of brushes dedicated to my Oxides because one of the first things we were told when Tim introduced the Oxides is that we should use separate tools with them because they can/will contaminate regular Distress ink pads. Maybe it's really not a problem, but for years now I've kept separate blending tools for the Oxides. I'm looking forward to part 2. I have well over 100 stencils and they are very under-used.
Hello, Marion. I have just found your channel and have been blown away by your various suggestions. So clever and the cards are too lovely for words. Tfs❣️
Hi Marion, Great to watch. New to crafting stencils are all new to me. Posibilities are endless with them. Brilliant. The card samples are beauties. Thank you as always x
Thank you Marion!! You make great videos!! You know we here in the States feel for you when it comes to shipping costs!! Sometimes it seems like all the great crafters are in anywhere Except the U S and we want to buy your stuff as well and we also suffer from the high shipping prices! We are sorry for you and for us too!! 💕
Thanks Donna, I vote we all move to an island, all us crafters, between us we’d have more than enough stuff to last our lifetimes and we can just make stuff all day, but someone would have to cook 😂😂😂🥰🥰🥰

Love the London accent, works for me
Thank you, it’s actually a very lazy Essex accent, (I’m only 40 miles outside London) I have been likened to Dick Van Dyke 😂😂😂🥰🥰🥰
I love it when you laugh so hard when you are making oopsies. Thank you for keeping it real!

Excelente trabalho!!! Parabéns de Portugal 🇵🇹
Thank you Linda 🥰🥰🥰
Do you have a video on how to make your own stencils?
No, I don’t, but I’ll see if I can do one, without too much machinery, I’ve made my own using my Silhouette machine and some Mylar I bought. But there are other ways 🥰🥰🥰
How d you clean these nice brushes?❤️🇨🇦
I’m really naughty and every so often I put them in the washing machine, in a little netted bag. I’ve been told off on here for doing that, so don’t copy me 😂😂😂🥰🥰🥰
I really need to stop buying and use wat I have too I’ve def gotta stop buying will prob have things I won’t ever use xx
That is exactly me, hence I’m trying to use what I have, although I did fail at a sale the other day, but it wasn’t massive 😂😂🥰🥰🥰
Please may I ask what tape you use .?
It’s the mint tape, it should be in the video description 🤗🤗🤗
What is the mint tape you’re using please?
It should be in the video description, it’s from scrapbook com, I love it 🥰🥰🥰
What is the double stencil that you start using at 29.17- you took it out of a Honey Bee envelope, but I’ve searched their site and can’t seem to find it . . . . thank you! Regards, Donna Elter
Hi Donna, I’m sorry, but I searched as well, and it’s no longer available, I just wanted to use lots of old stash, as I don’t do it enough. It’s called scattered leaves by honey bee, you may find it somewhere, where I couldn’t. 🥰🥰🥰
Which spray ink did you used
Hi, I list all the products in the video description, just click the bit that says… ‘show more’ 🥰🥰🥰
What do you do with the cards?
I send lots to friends and family, I keep some that I absolutely adore and can’t let go and I give LOTS to charity to raise funds. 😍😍😍
How can I find the names of the stencils and the manufacturer?
Hi, I did put them in the video description, well, the ones that are still available that is, I have so many that aren’t made anymore, but the idea was, I wanted to use my old stash, some good places to check out for stencils are The Crafters Workshop, and any of ŷour favourite companies, most companies, Altenew, Catherine Pooler, Hero Arts etc all manufacture their own stencils.
I hope that helps 😍😍😍
Stencil Girl, istencils, Ranger, PMArtist Studio are great sources for stencils.
