That area has already boomed ridiculously the last 8 years which has absolutely destroyed the local infrastructure and housing prices are through the roof.
Doesn’t sursurprise me that 2 real estate agents are pushing moving here.
If you ever need assistance we'd be happy to help! 🤠
Did the barrier islands get destroyed by a hurricane? They are barely inhabited
@@glory70x The islands are continually altered by wind, waves, and flooding. Over many years, the army corps of engineers has relocated, adjusted, and rehabilitated them.
Good. Maybe they'll stop coming to Tennessee!!!! We're full. Move along.
@@chaseychaseum5366 we've been getting a lot of people from TN who miss their small town feel
please don't come to Alabama we like our state the way it is
@@darladear1174 True Alabamians aren't this selfish.. they embrace southern hospitality and we love it!!
Darn. We were thinking of moving there in the next year. Apparently, the hospitable southern folks that I've always loved don't want a conservative family from the Midwest who works hard and pays taxes.
......but aren't people moving there due to it being cheaper? If prices keep going up then Saint Petersburg is for me. Florida is a right wing state. To many people though
Too many people is right! That's why we love our small slice of heaven here in LA
Alabama is just as red as FL, even with a few cities being blue.
Alabama is full, look elsewhere.
Southern hospitality isn't everyone's strong suit
