guess the quality of shoot you get there isn't very good. anyways you can throw away the upper portion which turns black but always maintain using a dry spoon, never touch it with hands.
U can cut small pieces of bamboo shoot they are bigger than I thought this bamboo shoot best experience state is Arunachal Pradesh.thx for reading.love from Arunachal Pradesh.

hi, sometime due to the quality of shoot this happens but do not worry its normal. just make sure not to touch the shoot with hands use a spoon etc
